✅ The place is very clean.
✅ The location is excellent. Not too close, not too far from busy center.
✅ The room is basic but sterile. Can't speak of the price since we have no idea what other places are like.
❌ We did not receive the ENTRANCE codes from the owner. We had to call him at 22:30 in the evening. We were also not the only one. Next day met a family who also didn't receive the code.
❌ It was hard to find a telephone number for contact. Luckily Google helped and eventually got a hold of them.
❌ Surprisingly the place was noisy! The apartment building is made out of super thin walls and we could hear any talk, movement. Two doors down there was a guest shouting for 3 hours one time. Also people moving in and out is so noisy. ADDITIONALLY our room was right above this music restaurant and we could hear music until late in the night.

Great location - close to the center and a parking, quiet room, it warms up immediately with the AC. The wifi was excellent, and the guy who welcomed us was pleasent.

The code we recieved was wrong and we had to wait for more than 1 hour to enter, all thanks to another customer who had a greek phone number and called the owner because we messaged them via mail and whatsapp and no response . They have to improve the check in way
