The apartment was very cozy and comfortable, and the area was very safe, quiet, and well located. It’s close to the sea and within easy walking distance to Tsimiski Road and Ladadika. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was exceptional and exactly as shown in the photos. Everything was impeccably clean, and the location was highly convenient—just a short walk from restaurants and the city center. I was very impressed and would be happy to stay there again.

Excellent, value for money!

The apartment we booked just for two people was very spacious, it even had like a small living room and kitchen - separately from the bedroom. The bathroom was also spacious. The location is also very good, very central, close to everything (on foot). Would honestly recommend and would stay there again!

The value of the suites is amazing. The room and all areas looked freshly renovated. The room was very spacious comfortable and pleasantly designed. The location was great too.

Trip to a hot Thessaloniki

We had a large room with a kitchenette, but see below. There was a coffee machine and all things you needed to do some simple cooking. Given the extremely hot weather the air-conditioning worked great! The area around might look a little rough but is OK. On the same street there is some small bars were you could get something for breakfast. During the weekdays the area was quiet but during the weekend it ẃas a little noisy. The best way to get in touch with the staff was to call them. Then they showed up ASAP.

It seems like no-one had used any of the facilities neither checked that they were OK. We had to have the stove and oven installed. They were not connected to the power (!). Also the TV had to be tuned...

A Hidden Paradise in Thessaloniki

Although we arrived late, Anastasia had already prepared the room, turned on the AC, and even arranged a bed for our baby. The room was spotless, with new furniture and a clean, well-equipped kitchenette. We had a very comfortable 2-night stay. Nice touches like towels, slippers, shampoo, coffee, and water made a difference. Despite being on a side street, the restaurants and bars below made it feel safe and well-lit. We didn’t use our car once after parking. This place is now our go-to spot in Thessaloniki – highly recommended!

The only downside is the parking situation, which is a general issue in Thessaloniki. Nearby parking options are paid, and it’s hard to find a free alternative.

Excellent apartment especially for the price! Will definitely visit again.

The apartment was very beautiful and modern. Also was very clean. The location is in city center and in a few minutes you arrive to aristotelous square. I liked the fact that the apartment provided clean towels, slippers and hairdryer.

The road in the front is quite noisy in the night, but the apartment has good soundproofing.

The elevator didn’t work on the first day afternoon (we were luck that it worked when we were bringing our luggage), then it didn’t work a second and third day - this time we had to carry our luggage down from the third floor - not fun. On second we lost WiFi and internet access, it didn’t come back by the time we left (9am).

Great choice

Super location, easy to find, simple to accommodate. Parking nearby that does NOT work on Sundays and there is no information about it and no phone number if you want to contact them and you left your car in the parking lot. We were supposed to leave on Sunday but our car was locked in the parking lot and we had to stay another day unplanned. So be careful. The accommodation is one of the better ones in Thessaloniki, everything is new with a great interior and modern.

It's a little loud because of the bars nearby, but it was a weekend and that's understandable if you're located in the center of Thessaloniki.

Hebrard Industrial Suites Ladadika

Central location, good neighbourghood with lots of restaurants, cafes, bars and close-by parking options. The apartments are modern, well equiped and clean. Would come again for sure.

When we arrived the elevator was not functioning, so we had to bring our luggage on the 4th floor using the stairs. However they got it fixed asap. There are a lot of rooms on each floor, so if there are a lot of guests, using the elevator can get a bit challenging at times. There are bars and restaurants in the area and in the weekends it can get louder than usual, depending where your apartment is located in the building. For us it wasn't a deal-breaker (good isolation on the windows though :)) The sofa is probably not that comfy when is arranged into a bed, but that's just me.

Great new apartment with excellent location.

Great apartment, very clean and with excellent location. The place seemed very clean and the room smelled great when we arrived. The location is central so, 5 min walking to the port, 2min to Ladadika. In the same building there are places to eat/drink as well.

We were informed that there will be no water in the building overnight due to construction work by the city, but the host managed this professionally and informed us before arriving.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό και διέθετε πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, ιδανικό και άνετο για δύο άτομα. Η τοποθεσία του ήταν τέλεια, αφού μετακινούμασταν παντού με τα πόδια, και υπήρχε επίσης πάρκινγκ σε κοντινή απόσταση. Ύστερα από πολλές ώρες οδήγησης ήμασταν αρκετά κουρασμένοι και, μετά από συνεννόηση με τον διαχειριστή, μας επέτρεψε να μπούμε νωρίτερα στο δωμάτιο, κάτι που εκτιμήσαμε ιδιαίτερα.

Alles super. Hygienisch, keine unliebsamen Sachen, wie Haare, Bettwanzen, etc. Die Lage ist top. Und die Umgebung bietet sehr viel.

Gegenüber ist es nachts manchmal zu laut. Dafür kann das Hotel nichts, aber das ist mein einziger Kritikpunkt. Alles super ansonsten.

Το καλύτερο ήταν η τοποθεσία. Μπορούσαμε να περπατήσουμε παντού στο κέντρο/δε χρειάστηκε να πάρουμε ταξί ή λεωφορείο/μετρό. Το κρεβάτι αρκετά αναπαυτικό, και γύρω υπήρχαν αρκετά μπαράκια/ φαστφουντάδικα/ καφετέριες και γενικά μέρη που μπορείς να βγεις το βράδυ. Ο δρόμος από κάτω ήταν γεμάτος κόσμο μέχρι αργά το βράδυ, δημιουργώντας ένα ευχάριστο περιβάλλον για διασκέδαση.

Αρχικά, δεν είχε προϊόντα μπάνιου (σαπούνι σώματος/ σαμπουάν/κοντίσιονερ) ενώ στην σελίδα γράφει ότι παρέχονται 'δωρεάν προϊόντα μπάνιου' και αναγκαστήκαμε να αγοράσουμε και να τα αφήσουμε εκεί. Στο μπάνιο παρατήρησα κάποιους λεκέδες στους τοίχους/χερούλια που μπορούσαν να έχουν καθαριστεί. Δεν είχε πάντα ζεστό νερό. Το χειρότερο ήταν την τελευταία μέρα, ενώ νομίζαμε ότι θα μπορούσαμε να χρησιμοποιήσουμε τα lockers στο εισόγειο για να αφήσουμε τις βαλίτσες μας μέχρι να έρθει η ώρα να πάμε στο αεροδρόμιο μετά το check-out, δυστυχώς οι υπόλοιποι πελάτες του καταλύματος είχαν πάρει τα κλειδιά από τα lockers από πριν για να τα 'κρατήσουν' για εκείνους (επειδή είχε μόνο λίγα) και αν έβαζες την βαλίτσα σου σε ένα λόκερ χωρίς κλειδί σου την έβγαζαν για να βάλουν την δική τους και να την κλειδώσουν, αφού είχαν πάρει το κλειδί από το προηγούμενο βράδυ και άφηναν την βαλίτσα σου εκεί στην είσοδο. Πιθανότατα χρειάζεται να βρεθεί μια λύση για αυτό το θέμα.
