The location is amazing, close to all the best restaurants, shopping street Tsimiki and to docs where you can walk by sea. It is a bit loud on weekends but nothing we couldn’t sleep through. Host is very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. Amartment is very cozy and good value for money.

great location. pleasant, stylish apartment

Excellent central location for sights and food. It’s Thessaloniki… a foodies paradise :). Very fast responses and caring from the owner. Plenty of room for two people. Excellent shower / bathroom. Good security. The apartment was clean and tidy. The double bed was okay for us. The lounge is full size and i think it is a sofa bed, so there is probably enough room for 3 people.

Externally: This is the centre of Ladadiki… you are in the midst of everything you want to see… but therefore also very noisy practically all night from the street (music, people and traffic noise). Even the double glazed windows when closed do not keep the noise out. The property would be greatly enhanced if sound proofing shutters could be installed on the windows. The elevator does not work, but the owner does not claim it works, so that is as expected. The four flights of stairs are ok for height and width but they are poorly lit and not cleaned. Internally: It has a basic kitchenette that works fine (sink and cooktop in a cupboard with a roll down top and front - like an old roll top desk.. the roll top is fixed / doesn’t move I think but anyway the kitchenette is ok for basic needs but we always ate out. There is also a small stove or microwave but we didn’t use it. There is no light over the sink and cooktop in the kitchenette.. Fixing the broken light in the little cooktop hood might help solve that problem.

Great location, close to restaurants and water.

Noisy area at night. People were out and about at all hours. They were still partying at 530am. Not a good place for light sleepers. The apartment building needed some upkeep. The apartment met my needs.
