Unfortunately The room and bathroom smells moisture, The table at the balcony is rusty. You can see the moisture on the wall of balcony. The cleaning is not good, The floor is dusty.

Great value for money

It’s exactly like in the photos, and has a nice terrace view. Very close to Tsimiski but on a quiet street.

I think it just needs more isolation between the rooms, because we were listening a couple doing it the whole day.

Excellent brief stay in the city

Apartment is overall well taken care of. It is located on the edge of the city heart, and this makes it ideal for visiting all nearby restaurant and entertainment areas. Clean, small and functional for 2 people. Outdoor terrace was very inviting for a relaxed evening, too. Very responsive and communicative management; much appreciated.

Building entrance window was broken. This might not be a problem of the property owner per se, but property would benefit from quick fix to improve sense of security. Key lock at building entrance was easy to unlock during arrival, but curiously uncooperative to unlock on departure day; a suggestion to maybe revisit the locks.

Not so clean, stay away

Only the restaurant across from it, was very nice! I did not want to go back to the room.

In the photos it looks clean, however reality is different, it has, broken gypsum walls, insects and the worst of all the toilet has mechanical drain system, which is super noisy and starts unexpectedly randomly which woke me up every hour from 12 till 4, had an early flight without sleep. Insects from ants around the bed, to spiders behind the curtains, dead ones splattered on walls and live ones. Floors, Curtains and sofa feel dusty. Did not once feel comfortable sitting on the sofa or bed. The entrance is very dark, with literally 1-2 bulbs, the building itself is old incl the Lifts, then you go up 5-6 floors and on the right you walk a bit and it lights up. But then you get into this place and do not rest. I would not stay here again, unfortunately this is not the first time it happened in Greece.

Perfect Location and Comfortable Suit

I really liked the location. It was a distance of walk to every attraction and the main shopping street, Tsimiski. The rooms were really clean and spacious. The communication with the owner was clear and easy. The Grand Parking was just five minutes away and we were able to park our car there and left it there for two days.

The only thing I didn't like was the sofa bed. It was making a lot of noise and was really old which made feel uncomfortable.

A short stay but good overall.

I liked the location and how easy it was to navigate around. The building and neighbourhood were very safe and accessible to everything. Also, very spacious apartment.

The drain at the bathroom stank very much that it was unbearable at times. They could improve the cleanliness in the bathroom as well as the sheets. The blanket for example was a bit old so they should invest in new sheets and blankets.

There was a smell coming from inside the drains. it was a bit unpleasant. Also there were some hairs on the floor. Could be cleaner.

Perfect experience on the top of the building.

Very comfortable room with large bed and sofa. Enjoyed the sight from the balcony. Biggest plus: Night culture, food and drink spots are nearby.

great location, parking available but not so clean

great location in the heart of Ladadika and near the center, there is a paid parking right next to the place which is very convenient if you are by car. a lot of cafes and restaurants. there is everything needed in the place - hairdryer, iron, coffee machine, kitchen equipment etc.

cleaning! the place is great, but it could be much cleaner, especially in the bathroom! for those who look for a quiet place - it is not so suitable because it could be a little bit noisy from the outside, but it wasn't a problem for us.
