The location is great, very nice apartment, excellently equipped.

There is a club below the apartment, so it's impossible to sleep even until 6 am when it's open.

Lovely central suites

The property is amazingly located in the city center in the most vivid part of Thessaloniki. Someone can easily walk to all major monuments of Thessaloniki. The owners are amazing, the service and the people who are behind the service are really gorgeous. My stay was beyond my expectations. I’ve stayed many times in these suites, every time it was a lovely and remarkable memory.

Nothing everything is perfect. Just one note, usually it is okay but due to the very vivid area there might be some noise during Friday or Saturday. In my case it was not a problem at all, really enjoyed my stay all the 5 days.

Great apartment in a great location.

Very clean and nicely decorated. We stayed two weeks and it was perfect for a longer stay. The staff were really helpful and responded quickly to queries. They added special touches such as tasteful Christmas decorations. Great location, so close to the waterfront and all the nice restaurants.

It had the expected noises of the nearby bars on the weekends but didn’t cause us any issues, and ear plugs are provided if you are more noise sensitive.

Enjoyable, though I would hesitate to recommend the apartment to anyone sensitive to noise at night.

The apartment was well-designed, clean, and tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen, though small, was well-equipped. The location in the center of town, close to the waterfront, was convenient.

The location in the center of town, thought convenient, was very noisy. We could hear loud music and partying from approximately 10 pm to 5 am the next morning. I managed to sleep by closing all windows and using earplugs I brought from home.

Nothing, except for the fact that as previous people said in the region there is a lot of noise, but well the hotel is in Ladadika so it is logical that there is a lot of noise at night.

The earplugs were a clue.

Close to cafes, waterfront. Clean modern rooms. Restful during the day.

Failure to advertise significant loud noise events. We wondered why there were earplugs provided beside the bed. The first night we had two hours of a Ringo-Star wannabe on the floor above us, doing his best to break his base drum. The second night we had a dance party across the alley until 04:15 in the morning. The third night was another rock music event just 10 meters across the alley from the Durante unit. We went to Nomades Suites for a rest. We’re still waiting for it.

Great stay

The property is recently renovated and it is conveniently located in the Ladadika area where most restaurants and bars are. The amenities are great and the room offers everything you will need for a short stay in Thessaloniki. Fiorela, the administrator of the property, was very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, the area is very busy and the room was not sound-proofed. For us it was not much of a problem, as we would go out at night.

on the first night I found a party nearby, a party that lasted until 6.30 AM. of course it's not the host's fault, it was an event. after that for another 3 nights it was quiet as it should be, that`s why i noted with maximum.

Beautiful apartment, but not recommended for kids or people that want to rest.

The host is great and you receive all the information you need. The apartment is beautiful, just like in the pictures. Nothing to comment here. I am even sorry that this apartment is so nice but you cannot rest during the night at all.

The apartment is on top of a club, or two clubs. So you hear very loud everything that happens in the club. Music, drums, dj, people shouting, … the noise is loud (extremely loud) until like 4-5 in the morning. The area is anyway a very busy one, full of restaurants, bars, clubs. I do Not recommended this apartment for a family with kids, for people that want to sleep at night. For young people that don’t plan to rest in the night can be perfect.

One of the BEST places to stay (clean, new, modern, hosts), in the WORST possible area with bars

Newly built, clean, extremely friendly host, perfect size for a weekend getaway. We also liked the interior - it looks modern and stylish. All towels, sheets, and amenities were clean, like brand new. There are 2 air conditions in the room; even 1 is more than enough.

Worst location ever - 3 nightclubs around, and 1 is right below the windows. Even though we got at 1.30 in the room, the music was freakingly loud until 5.30 in the morning so that nobody couldn't sleep. Still wondering who decided to give a permit for hotel/rooms in this building above the clubs. If you, by chance, have kids, stay away. It's not a family-friendly area.

The suite is clean, the facilities are really good and it is at the city center.

We got one of the suites that is in front (both sides have a view to Ladadika) and we booked for a weekend during July. The music from the bars/clubs was a disaster. On Saturday the music started at 00:30 and stopped at 06:00. Even the earplugs couldn't help. It was like I was sleeping outside of the club. This is something that the host has to acknowledge and state clearly, especially for family travelers. If you are not bothered by the noise that's a perfect place for Thessaloniki.
