Short stay

The apartment is located in the downtown - 15 min walk from the White Tower. There are many restaurants & pubs around. There is a big parking house at 5 min walk from the apartment. The apartment is quite small but have everything that is needed for a short stay. The bed is comfortable. Very easy check-in process

we had some problem with the hot water - it was enough just for one person...

Good choice for short stays

Great location, especially if you’re into good restaurants, bars, and lively nightlife. Everything is within walking distance, close to the sea and shopping areas. The studio is modern, clean and well-equipped. The check-in and check-out process was simple and hassle-free.

After you finish the booking on Booking.com, they send a link to go all over the registration process all over again on another platform with their own terms and conditions, asking for your personal information. And without completing that step your booking is not confirmed, which is a not cool on so many levels. None of this is mentioned upfront on Booking.com.

Location was good close to hop on bus, restaurants and young peoples nightlife , owner was very helpful.

Bathroom needs new fixtures - these look 50 yrs old - and hot water. You could smell cigar smoke even with doors and windows shut -

Well-maintained, Organised, Amazing Stay!

Clean, organised, well equiped, super easy checkin instructions.I've rebooked after a previous stay, and this time was even better than the last. Due to its positioning near bars, it can get a bit noisy late at night and the hosts were amazing enough to include several packs of earplugs to allow a good nights sleep. Whole arrangement worked like a charm. Will be staying here again surely!

Great value for money, super central and all amenities needed for a great stay!

The location was great, surrounded by taverns and bars, the room was fully equipped and very clean and the host was extremely nice and responsive.

Could be a bit noisy since the streets around are very vibrant, but the host took that into account by providing ear plugs, which was really helpful!

Really nice flat in the old town.

The location is very convenient for sightseeing and restaurants, but if you are a light sleeper, the nighlife might disturb you. The flat is spacious and well laid out with a lovely kitchen and the bathroom is just right for a relaxing stay. All essential information (directions, check-in instructions, recommended restaurants) is provided to the traveller online, neatly organized in one convenient location.

I didn't mind the loud nightlife of the area, but it can be a nuisance if you're looking for a quiet place to relax or get a good night's sleep.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν το μόνο θετικό της υπόθεσης.

Καταρχάς, να ξεκινήσω από το γεγονός ότι δεν δόθηκαν οι οδηγίες για το πώς θα μπαίναμε στο κτήριο και τους κωδικούς του καταλύματος μέχρι να στείλω εγώ μήνυμα να ρωτήσω, λιγότερο από μισή ώρα πριν το check in. Το κρεβάτι ερχόταν με δύο μόνο μαξιλάρια τα οποία ήταν και σε κακή κατάσταση και πολύ χαμηλά. Αμέσως προσπάθησα να επικοινωνήσω με κάποιον Κ. Αντρέα και να ζητήσω δύο ακόμα αλλά καμία απολύτως απάντηση. Περνάνε λίγες ώρες ακόμα, ξανά στέλνω καινούργιο μήνυμα και λαμβάνω μόνο αγνόηση. Το ίντερνετ στο δωμάτιο δεν δούλευε, ενώ ο κωδικός ήταν σωστός έλεγε ότι δεν έχει σήμα. Το καπάκι από τον κάδο στο μπάνιο ήταν σπασμένο και σαν να μην έφταναν όλα αυτά, η βρύση απ το ντουζ ήταν πρόχειρα τοποθετημένη με αποτέλεσμα να μου μείνει στο χέρι! Να μην σχολιάσω για το γεγονός ότι έχουν ένα φωτιστικό κρεμασμένο δίπλα απ το κρεβάτι, που το ντεκόρ τους μάρανε, με μια λάμπα που δεν ήταν καλά βιδωμένη , έτσι ώστε στο δεύτερο σκουντηγμα έπεσε μαζί με το ντουί στο πάτωμα. Ήμουν πολύ τυχερή που δεν κόπηκα. Το τηλεκοντρόλ δεν είχε μπαταρία οπότε και δεν μπορούσαμε να αλλάξουμε τα κανάλια με ευκολία. Ξανά στέλνω λοιπόν μήνυμα να εκφράσω τα παράπονα μου αλλά μαντέψτε.. καμία απολύτως απάντηση. Για κάποιο λόγο δεν κοιτάνε τις συνομιλίες στην εφαρμογή και στέλνουν αυτοματοποιημένα μηνύματα μόνο όταν χρειάζονται εκείνοι κάτι, πχ τι ώρα πρέπει να έχουμε φύγει απ το δωμάτιο. Και μην ακούσω τη κλασσικη δικαιολογία γιατί δεν πήρες τηλέφωνο.. γιατί έκλεισα το δωμάτιο από την εφαρμογή κι έτσι ο τρόπος επικοινωνίας που επιλέγω και θέλω είναι μέσω της εφαρμογής. Δεν είμαστε φίλοι για να φαίνεται το τηλέφωνο μου οπουδήποτε. Αν δεν μπορεί αυτός ο κύριο Ανδρέας να παρακολουθεί την εφαρμογή καλό θα ήταν να το βγάλει και να το νοικιάσει αλλιώς. Εν κατακλείδι, μην χαλάσετε τα χρήματα σας μόνο και μόνο επειδή βρίσκεται στο κέντρο.

Ικανοποιητική διαμονή

Βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης που σημαίνει ότι έχεις τα πάντα δίπλα σου. Ιδανικό για αυτούς που θέλουν νυχτερινή διασκέδαση. Ανετο κρεβάτι και βολικό μαξιλαρι. Θεωρώ ότι έχει καλή ηχομόνωση αν Κ δεν είμαι η κατάλληλη να κρίνω γιατί γυρίζαμε ξημερώματα από τις βραδινές εξόδους. Θα το πρότεινα και θα πήγαινα ξανά!

Βρήκα τρίχες στο μπάνιο και ο κάδος απορριμμάτων μπάνιου ήταν σπασμένος.Οποτε λίγη προσοχή στην καθαριότητα.

Θόρυβος & παραπλανητική περιγραφή: Δεν αναφερόταν πουθενά ότι το δωμάτιο βρίσκεται δίπλα σε νυχτερινά κέντρα. Η παράλειψη θεωρείται παραπλανητική και δείχνει έλλειψη ειλικρίνειας. Άνεση & εξοπλισμός δωματίου: Δεν υπήρχε κουβερτα το πρώτο βράδυ – μόνο ένα σεντόνι. Ο ιδιοκτήτης πρότεινε να χρησιμοποιήσουμε το κλιματιστικό αντί για κουβέρτα. Η κουβέρτα μας παραδόθηκε τελικά μόνο έπειτα από επικοινωνία με την Booking.

Η φασαρία από τα club πολύ κοντά στο δωμάτιο. Για ΠΣΚ το ξεχνάς να κοιμηθείς χωρίς ωτοασπίδες. Αλλωστε έχουν στο κομοδίνο, "προφορά του καταστήματος". Το ξέρουν δηλ. αλλά δεν το αναφέρουν πουθενά. Τις υπόλοιπες μέρες παίζετε. Δεν εκοψαν τιμολόγιο και θα τα πλήρωνα από την τσέπη μου στην εταιρία αν δεν υπήρχε η απόδειξη του booking η οποία όμως δεν είναι σε καμμία περίτπωση αποδεκτή φολρολογικά. ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ όσοι ταξιδεύετε επαγγελματικά.

Οι πετσέτες ηταν φθαρμένες. Το πάπλωμα με σπασμένο φερμουάρ και έβγαινε το εσωτερικό. Ο χώρος να κρεμάσεις τα ρούχα σου μικρός και με σπασμένο στήριγμα. Το wifi δεν δούλεψε ποτέ.
