Excellent apartment!

We were amazed with beautiful interior of the apartment. It is very spacious and can easily accommodate 5-6 persons. The bookshelves are full of interesting and rare books. Check in/out process was smooth and easy.

Great Location, Funky Apartment Stay

This quaint and funky apartment is an interesting stay. The layout is spacious, but the bathtub is outside the bathroom, but was quite large. There are plenty of books to read, 2 separate toilets for group trips, and the location is perfect, downtown with easy access to the port and all the restaurants.

Three bedrooms are listed: One of the bedrooms does not have any doors, only two walls and curtains to separate, another bedroom has a window cut out leading into an office, so both rooms are not enclosed. The link for checking in was not working on any devices, which made checking in difficult. Couldn't find the washing machine listed, but there's a dishwasher to plug in and a plastic basin that we used to wash clothes.

In a good location, close to most major attractions. Owners were very helpful and answered all questions promptly and gave tips on where to eat etc.

Lovely place, I would highly recommend it.

A very nice place, wonderful location, quite close (not more than 10 minutes by foot) to most of the famous places in Thessaloniki. The apartment is clean, nice, artistic and there are many books on different topics that you could read during your stay, both on English and Greek. It was easy to find it, check in and check out. There’s a public parking very near to the apartment. It is free from Saturday after 4 p.m. o’clock till Monday 08:00 a.m.

Byt s atmosférou pre ľudí bez nárokov na pohodlie.

Byt má jedinečnú atmosféru, je to niečo, čo nezažijete bežne v živote. Je zaujímavé stále niečo objavovať. Na privítanie potešila fľaša červeného vína. Kuchyňa je základne vybavená potravinami ako soľ, cukor, káva, čaj, olej, sucháre, v chladničke bola aj fľaša vody. Dostatok toaletného papiera a hygienických potrieb. Voňavé posteľné prádlo.

Okolie v ktorom sa byt nachádza je katastrofálne. Výhľad z okien odpudivý. Priamo dole pod bytom sa nachádza club/diskotéka, ktoré sú otvorené v piatky a soboty do 7:00 ráno a presne dovtedy nezažmúrite oka a nedá sa vôbec spať. Hudba je ohlušujúca. V iné dni je diskotéka zatvorená, takže je celkom kľud. Jedna manželská posteľ je úplne rozbitá, bolo na to upozorňované už v januári ale ani v máji nebola zjednaná náprava. Takže jedna spálňa sa nedá tým pádom používať. K cene bytu treba započítať dane..v letných mesiacoch je to 8€ osoba/noc. Viac by som sem nešla, celkovo má toto mesto veľmi nízko nastavený životný štandard. Je to všetko špinavé a zanedbané

Σε γενικές γραμμές μια φιλική κατοικία σε κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης σε λογική τιμή.

Είναι στο κέντρο με πρόσβαση άμεση σε όλα τα καταστήματα εστίασης και εμπορικά. Εύκολο και σχετικά λογική η χρέωση της στάθμευσης. Άνετο και μεγάλο σπίτι με 2 μπάνια και 2 απομονομένα δωμάτια συν ένα με κουρτίνα στον κεντρικό χώρο.

Τα στρώματα δεν ήταν άνετα, και η ηχομόνωση ελειπής, όπως επίσης η καθαριότητα και η συντήρηση σε κάποια σημεία. Θα μπορούσε να έχει ακόμη ένα δωμάτιο με πόρτα, με αλλαγή διαρρύθμισης χώρων.

Цялостната атмосфера в апартамента, наличието на много книги, съчетание на постери и картини, различни мебели и дискретно осветление. На кратко казано еклектика, прекрасна съчетана.
