Little to no basics, be prepared to bring or buy.

The location is very practical, near the city center and sea.

Many basic items were missing for example there was only one coffee mug and no teaspoons, dishcloth, bin bags, coffee, tea, sugar, two small rolls of toilet paper, one bath towel per person for a two night stay. I feel the host was overly thrifty at the expense of his guests.

Great location and apartment, but the building needs attention

The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped — exactly like the pictures. The location in Ladadika is excellent, close to restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. Despite being in a lively area, the apartment was quiet and comfortable. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful.

The building itself feels a bit abandoned and poorly maintained from the outside. It was a bit off-putting at first, but once inside the apartment, everything was fine.

Lovely apartment in a less charming building and street.

The apartment itself is very nice, spacious, clean, and well-equipped. It’s located in a fantastic area, right in the heart of the city, which makes it perfect for exploring. Once you enter the apartment, everything is as described and very comfortable.

However, the building and the street where the apartment is located are in stark contrast to the apartment itself. The street is narrow, dirty, and poorly maintained, which is quite surprising given the central location. The building is in very bad shape and doesn’t leave a good first impression. Fortunately, the moment you enter the apartment, everything changes for the better.

- μικρές κρεβατοκαμαρες - παντζούρια δεν υπήρχαν - η περιοχή ειχε φασαρία - λεπτή κουβέρτα φλις ΜΟΝΟ, έλλειψη πιο ζεστών σκεπασμάτων - έλλειψη βασικών αγαθών εντός του διαμερίσματος όπως χαρτί κουζίνας, σετ μπάνιου (βλ. αφρόλουτρο, σαμπουάν, κτλ) - ο θερμοσίφωνας όταν λειτουργούσε έσταζε στο μπάνιο - επικίνδυνο, παλιό ασανσέρ - παλιά πολυκατοικία
