Recomand această locație, este amplasata aproape de supermarket, restaurante, nu departe de centru, foarte mare, curat, am găsit tot ce am avut nevoie, cafea, ustensile, condimente, gel dush, shampon... Recomand!

מיקום יחסית נוח, אזור שקט. יש מתחת לבניין מסעדה מזרח תיכונית וסופרמרקט, ומגוון חנויות בסביבה (בראשון הרוב סגור). 10 דקות הליכה לטיילת ולבית חב"ד. הדירה עצמה מאירה ונקייה, מיטה זוגית בכל חדר (3 חדרי שינה) וספה נפתחת בסלון לעוד 2 אנשים. המזגנים טובים ומאוד עוזרים עם החום. מפתחות מכניים ודירה בקומה שנייה בלי הרבה מדרגות - מצוין לשומרי שבת.
תהליך קבלת הדירה מסורבל ומתסכל. בהודעה מפנים אותנו לאתר אחר, שכן צריך לחפש קובץ להורדה, ובתוך הקובץ יש הוראות. ניכר שהקובץ ישן, צבע דלת הכניסה לא תואם את המציאות, חסר הסבר על הדלקת דוד מים, וכן סיסמת הוויפיי לא עבדה. בשהות שלנו מזגן באחד החדרים לא קירר וגם לא תוקן בזמן, וזה משמעותי בקיץ של סלוניקי. התקשורת עם הבעלים בוקינג הייתה שירותית ונעימה, אבל מנהל הנכס המקומי שידר קוצר רוח וחוסר שירותיות. בנוסף, הריהוט פשוט, המיטות לא מספיק נוחות לטעמנו, וכיסאות האוכל מחליקים ולא יציבים. אחד הילדים שלנו החליק וקיבל מכה בגלל כסא כזה. בגדול, יש פוטנציאל אבל דרושה יותר תשומת לב ורענון פרוטוקול קבלת הדירה.

מרווח. בכל חדר יש מרפסת. במרחק של מקסימום 10 דקות מכל מקום. היה מרוד נחמד. היחס היה מעולה. הדירה מול סופר ענק עם מחירים סבירים ביותר.
