Perfect apartment for short trips

Very nice place centrally located. The host is really good and communicative. Check in is really simple and the car parking is very close. Clean modern apartment.

Modest accommodation in a great location

Good location, easy to find and check-in. Everything is clean and tidy. Excellent communication with the owner.

The apartment is on the top (eighth) floor, so it's too hot inside even with the air conditioning on. The roof we had access to is neglected and messy. All in all, modest accommodation in a great location. The name "Luxury rooms" is not justified because nothing is luxury...

Great location but not worth the money for the quality of the stay. Better places nearby

Good location, clear entry instructions, easy entry

Smelled like feet when we got in, air conditioner was not very strong, shower was too small and drain had lots of standing water, bathroom always smelled on account of being so hot on the top floor + very little ventilation, second bed was extremely uncomfortable and smelled like sheets were not clean, no light in the hallway made it difficult to lock and unlock door

Overpriced, not recommended, wouldn't stay again.

The air-condition was on prior to our arrival which made staying in the room comfortable. Looked clean.

The decorating elements -brick looking wall cover & rope separator- are torn to the point of collapse, the exit to the terrace jammed, consumables provided of low quality. Worst of all the elevator was only reaching the previous floor, meaning we had to carry all our baggage over a non-lit staircase.

The location was top notch, a short walk to all the points of interest in the center of Thessaloniki. The room was comfortable and clean, the host, although we only communicated through text, was incredibly friendly and helpful.

It was our 3rd stay in the city but 1st in Q luxury rooms. Our room was bright,spacious,airy,very clean and well furnished.Shower was working properly with hot water. 5th floor room number 2.

The rooms were clean, there was everything you may need in the kitchen and the bathroom, it was comfortable and quiet. The parking was also very close and easy to find.

Exceptional

Very nice rooms, everything was new. Secure apartments. They have lock with a code for the entrance in the building, for the elevator and for the apartments lobby. After that you have your own key for the room. Room is spacious and clean, bed is comfortable. In the kitchen you have everything you need, including washing machine. We were in the apt no 1. Car parking just the opposite of the building. Highly recommend!

This has nothing to do with Q Luxury but, if coming with your own car you should know that parking in the Tesaloniki is job for the Superman. It is not good to park the car on street (not safe as I heard) and although there are plenty car parkings all around they are mostly full. We had recommendation from Q Luxury and we found the parking spot but it is overall a difficult task 😅. And just for the record you cannot park your own car, the guys that are working in the garage do it. One guy took our key and park the car somewhere and key is left with them.

Good location and clean.

Good location at 10min walk from all attractions and tavernas. The room was clean and very nice with all what you need inside. Room 7 was great and the view from terrace was good. The host ,Kostas was very helpful and give us all info regarding all objectives in that areas. Thank you Kostas!

The room 4 to small for 4 adults and need to be reorganized. The fridge inside room make to much noise when the engine start.

Excellent!

Very nice studio apartment with all necessary appliances. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was very spacious and clean. We did not used all the facilities as it was a rather short stay but it has everything you need, and very close to where all the action happens!

Something outside of the property control is the building itself, very old and theres a very soviet elevator that looks quite unstable, however the rooms have their own new elevator so it was fine!

Such a beautiful apartment in the center of the city, full of light, fully equipped with anything you need ( would prefer a coffee maker, anyway), clean and cosy.

Quite nice for a short stay

The rooms are luxurious indeed, newly furnished and modern looking, and everything was perfectly clean. The host was super nice and friendly, offered help with everything, which is highly appreciated. The location is great, everything is a walking distance away.

Our room in particular, was a bit stuffy and moist, and airing the place didn’t help. It wasn’t a big deal but in the summer I guess this could be a problem. The other thing we really didn’t like was the noise that was present all day every day. The walls between each of the rooms are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors talking, let alone all other noises people normally make. For two days in a row, at 8am we heard deafening construction noises from next door, so if you’re a light sleeper, you might find this accommodation unsuitable. If these things don’t bother you, you’ll really enjoy the place!

Comfortable in a nice location

Good location, excellent instructions from the host to enter the apartment, clean. Suitable for two people if you take a room on the top floor.

When you take a shower, the water runs all over the bathroom. It's pretty uncomfortable.

Not so good

On Sunday morning(at 6:00 am)we woke up with disturbing noises coming from the upstairs. First somebody was moving all the furnitures from here to there loudly. Then some kind of a machine is started to work with a noisy sound and vibration. It is 07:50 and we’re stil trying to sleep on this ‘Sunday’ morning with this machine noise. I contacted to the property manager but he didn’t respond. Such a bad morning to wake up. This is too bad!!!!!!!!!
