The bedding and the walls around the bed (and the bed does not have a headboard) are dirty, the shower is leaking water, thus creating a flood in the bathroom.

Near center but not value for money

The apartment is very close to the center, near metro & bus stations. Also it is very spacious for 3 people. The communication with the host is quick.

Overall the apartment is for sure very used and not at all renovated. It had mold in several spots in the apartment, the sofa - bed was scratched and the walls and some furniture were dirty too. Moreover the equipment of the kitchen is not sufficient for 3 people. The building has the main door open at all times within the day, something that made us feel a bit unsafe. Also, the floor we stayed had also a bit of mold that made some walls peel off.

Dirty, no facilities, it had garbage from other people that stayed there. It had hair on the floor and the Netflix was a lie. You had to have your own paid account and connect it.

The communication with the staff was very nice, I also asked for a late check out and the were okay about it. The bathroom was clean.

The building where the apartment is located is a bit creepy. I was alone and I arrive in the night and I didn't feel safe at all. Also the apartment wasn't so clean. There was dirt to all the light switches for some reason and the apartment was pretty worn out. One other thing was that there was no bed sheet to cover yourself. There was a bed cover up but was worn out and didn't feel clean and in my opinion is not that hygienic. I asked for a bed sheet but since I arrived late they were closed.

I really like the location in center of the city. The room was so so clean and beautiful. The wifi very good. The design is awesome.

When you enter the building there is some clothes and woods that blocks the stairs. You can hear noises at night, not so quiet. The view is terrible, old buildings with many garbages.

Excellent location near Egnatia Street, brand new apartments, very nicely done! Luxury and large bathroom! What I personally most liked was the bedroom - with large windows, basically 2/4 walls are entirely in windows! Looking at the yard between buildings but can't complain.. it was superb experience. Even Smart TV - so one can watch Netflix, HBO Max etc (note you need your own account though). Entire floor of the building is used for those apartments - so very clever idea by the owner(s) to buy entire building floor for this purpose so you don't stumble upon other neighbors at all - only travelers like you.

The Room is very clean, and meets the needs of a business travel. The staff was helpful.

I would recommend to visit this facility in a couple or months or so, then it might be worthwhile. They are doing a lot of work on the building now, meaning that all coridors, the elevator, the stairs everything is in a really bad state. Besides our specific corridor and the rooms, everything else is old, torn, it is basicaly a workshop. We were woken up at 7:30 in the morning from drills and banging that wouldnt stop. You have a checkout at 11, why would you start before that? How is that a nice stay for any guest? This is litteraly one of the worst things that you can wake up to. Either tell your guests, or take the loss and dont make any booking until you are done. This was not acceptable.

We had 2 apartments which were perfect considering the price. Location is also close to the main streets with shop and restaurants. Surprisingly there was a mini market next door.

In apartment 30 shower needs to be replaced. Also some noise heard behind the apartment door in the early morning and it seemed there was some production area in the same building.

The girl (owner) who was answering the phone which was given on the reservation message was very impolite and rude in our situation because we came with a baby and asked her for a baby-cot but she didn't even try to provide us one and she was not interested at all. They are having two floors with at least 10 apts per floor in the building so at least they could do is to have one baby cot just in case if someone needs or could try to be good lessors and buy one when I called.

I never had this kind of bad experience with any property! I booked this app for the wrong date and informed the property 5min later that it was a mistake and if they can move this reservation for day after or offer any kind of assistance. Have in mind they are renting the whole floor of apps and it’s not in a peak of season and they could easily move the reservation to another date. First I didn’t receive any answer for hours and then they refused to offer any help. They kept the money and never sent the check-in info! We stayed at this propery 3 times already and after this, no way we’re gonna do it again! I also asked for manager’s contact and they refused. So unproffesional!
