Amazing beautiful apartment!

Amazing apartment!!! It was really nice and clean. Everything you need is available - towels, cutlery, pots and pans, stove. They even go above and beyond with free water, juice and wine! The owner responds quickly if you need anything during your stay. I am very pleased with my stay here.

The bathroom floor was a bit weird. I would bring flip flops next time.

Thoughtful decoration, nice treats, and good presentation. However, the smell of dampness and cigarettes was disturbing.

The location is central and it's easy to get anywhere. The host really put in a lot of effort; the decor was nice, they offered complimentary wine, and there was even milk in the fridge! As mentioned in the reviews, the entrance is a bit odd due to some construction on the lower floors.

The room is heated by a unit that constantly blows hot air (like an AC vent), which completely dries out the air inside. I even had to place bowls of water on top of it to humidify the room. Upon entering, there is a heavy smell—a mix of cigarette smoke and dampness. Sleeping was uncomfortable because the combination of that smell and the dry air really irritates the throat. I believe a solution can be found for this.

There was a wide variety of breakfast options such as jam,butter,orange juice, milk, coffee and tea. The host had also left extra snacks for us. Also the jacuzzi was already filled with warm water when we arrived so that was a pleasant surprise :)

Great apartment in really good location. Comfy bed and great hot tub for relax. A nice touch from the stuff to leave nice message and a small welcome gift. The stuff was really caring, making sure we have everything we needed. A little bit chilly in the bathroom.

Πεντακάθαροι χώροι με υπέροχη μυρωδιά καθαριότητας από τον διάδρομο μέχρι το δωμάτιο. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με πολλές παροχές, ακόμα και καφέ και μίνι πρωινό χωρίς έξτρα χρέωση. Πολύ θετική εντύπωση το προσωπικό ενδιαφέρον του ιδιοκτήτη που επικοινώνησε για να ρωτήσει αν χρειάζομαι κάτι.

Το τζακούζι δημιουργούσε υγρασία στο δωμάτιο, αλλά υπήρχε αφυγραντήρας που βοηθούσε αρκετά.

Ήταν φουλ εξοπλισμενο το κατάλυμα και καθαρό. Το κρεβάτι πολύ άνετο και το τζακούζι απολαυστικό. Επίσης είχε κάποια κερασματα που τα εκτιμησα!

Είχε λιγη υγρασία και έπρεπε να εχεις τον αφυγραντήρα πολυ συχνά ανοιχτό. Επίσης το πάτωμα ειναι απο τσιμέντο και όταν βρεχόταν γλίστραγες πολύ εύκολα.

Konum olarak iyi bir lokasyondu heryere ulaşım kolaydı. Odanın dekorasyonu çok hoştu ikramları çok hoşuma gitti. oda temizdi. Rezervasyon gününde bir bilgilendirme mesajı ile otel bina ve oda girişleri hakkında bilgi verildi. Kimseyle fiziksel bir iletişim kurmuyorsunuz anahtarı kapının yanındaki şifreli kutudan alıyorsunuz. Genel olarak memnun kaldık.

Otel girişini kolaylıkla bulamadık kapıda hiç bir yönlendirme ya da levha yoktu. Bina eskiydi ve giriş biraz ürkütücüydü. Odaya girdiğimizde bina eski olduğu için havasızlıktan bir koku vardı banyo da duşa kabin olmadığı için duş aldığınızda her yer ıslanıyor bir kaç kez ıslak zeminden kaynaklı düşme tehlikesi geçirdim.

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα !! Αυτό που μου έκανε πολύ θετική εντύπωση όμως είναι ότι είχε αφήσει ένα καλάθι καλωσορίσματος στο οποίο είχε πάρα πολλά διαφορετικά πράγματα Το τζακουζι ήταν τέλειο και το είχε σε λειτουργία για να το βρούμε έτοιμο!! Η καθαριότητα επίσης είναι στα θετικά αυτού του καταλύματος Και κάτι τελευταίο που αξίζει να αναφέρω είναι ότι μας άφησε να μπούμε νωρίτερα από την ώρα του check in και έτσι είχαμε περισσότερο χρόνο να το χαρούμε!! Με λίγα λόγια, το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!

Das Zimmer war wunderschön. Tolle große Dusche, gemütliches Bett & Polster. Schön eingerichtet. Es gab Kaffee, Tee, Milch etc. also sehr praktisch auch. Sehr sauber. Großer Balkon.

Leider sind die Fenster nicht besonders dicht und man hört alles in der Nacht (insofern man ein hellhöriger Schläfer ist). Ich hatte zwei Nächte hintereinander Pech und musste stundenlang Betrunkenen und Rauferein zuhören.

Zentrale Lage. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nicht weit entfernt. Bars und Cafes in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.

Probleme mit Temperaturausgleich im Raum. Dadurch entstandene Feuchtigkeit sammelte sich auf dem Fußboden. Probleme wurden an Eigentümer gemeldet.

Das Zimmer war super süß eingerichtet, man hatte alles was man braucht. Sogar 1l Milch im Kühlschrank und genug Kaffepulver für unser tagliches Frühstück. Auch ein paar Snacks & Wasser standen bereit. Es war alles sehr herzlich für unseren Aufenthalt vorbereitet, sodass man sich direkt willkommen gefühlt hat. Schon nach weniger als 24h Stunden wurde persönlich via Messanger Kontakt zu uns aufgenommen um sich zu erkundigen, dass alles passt. Egal bei welchem Anliegen und zu welcher Zeit, uns wurde immer sehr zuvorkommend und just-in-time weitergeholfen. Für 2 Freunde oder ein Pärchen, die ihren Aufenthalt in Thessaloniki angenehm verbringen möchten und auf der Suche nach einer sauberen, schicken Unterkunft zum Schlafen und evtl. ein, zwei abendlichen Bierchen auf dem Balkon genießen möchten, ist es genau das Richtige. Ganz klare Empfehlung! PS: Die Lage ist auch spitze, wir mussten selten länger als 10-15min für Essen, Bier oder Promenade laufen. Direkt ums Eck ist auch ein gut sortierter Supermarkt, indem man alles findet, was man braucht!
