Don't expect Luxury

Good location. Clean

Very basic amenities. No coffee machine or toaster. No kitchen utensils so impossible to cook a meal. No kitchen roll or drying cloth for dishes. Far away from Luxury.

Very disappointed, not comfortable for stay

The property was advertised as a luxury apartment, but it was anything but luxury. The conditions were terrible. When we entered the room, there was an overwhelming smell of smoke, as if we had walked into an ashtray. The surrounding area was also a disaster — dirty hallways covered in graffiti and bird feathers, and the staircase under renovation wasn’t properly separated from the guest area. The apartment itself looked nothing like the photos on Booking.com. It was dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The sofa was unusable — it kept collapsing underneath us. The smell of smoke was still very strong throughout our stay. There were no proper curtains on the window, only blackout ones, so during the day anyone from the neighboring buildings could see straight into the room. We asked the host to change our room because of these issues, but they were extremely dismissive and not helpful at all. Overall, this place should not be advertised as a luxury accommodation — it was a huge disappointment.

They gave us a completely different horror room, complete scam, not worth 30 EUR let alone 75. Don’t book!!

The apartmant was completely different than what’s shown in the images. Extremely small, only one window at the end and the bedroom had no windows at all. No air at all. Not suitable for 4 people. The sofa bed is right next to the entry, like sleeping in the hallway. NO AIR AT ALL. The air conditioning is right above the sofa bed so you cant use it while you’re inside. We couldn’t sleep at all, ended up drinking sedatives at 5AM to sleep. Ruined our whole trip and day trip to Thessaloniki. Looking for a way to file a complaint with Booking as the images for a One Bedroom Apartmant when making a booking are completely different, this was a classic SCAM. Horror stay. Have more to add in the complaint.

Location is nice but the apartment is just ok.

The location was great. This was a last minute trip and the apartment was ok and a decent size. We were only there to sleep anyway.

I found ants/bugs in the bathroom multiple times.

Ther is no L of Luxury

Only good about this is location everything is near and kitchen is new.

Apartment 7.1 has no L of Luxury. It's poorly renovated. Floors are to dirty (dusty, women's hair on the floor etc) No kitchen towels, no holders for washed cups. No kitchen table no chairs you have 2 bar chair for improvised bar table small tabel with dirty sofa. Apartment smells like an ashtray and no smoking allowed(previous guest probably didn't care and no one even uses air freshener ater last use of the apartment) you have to chairs on terrace but no seat cushions no table dirty from dust huge terrace but poor etc. Sleeping room have improvised beds with small pillows and that bed cover (blanket) was not that clean has a strange smell and the mattress is good if you manage to fall asleep from nervousness, how bad everything else is. Bathroom has enough hot water but no pressure all the time. In the afternoon you cant get any rest because across the street is construction site.

The location was in the center of the city, very close to everything we wanted to see. We were fortunate to have an available parking space right outside the building, even though in the listing it said there was no parking. Probably the spot is for the businesses/shops that are on the ground floor of the buildings, but because it was the weekend and they were not working, the spot was available to take for free. The apartment looked nice; everything was clean and equipped with modern furniture and appliances. The location was not loud at all, even though it is so close to everything, and there was a very nice restaurant across the street that was great and affordable for eating in and takeout.

The only thing I didn't like was the mosquitoes. It was hard to sleep due to the sounds they make, and we got bitten a lot even though our windows were closed.

Lift is too slow. Construction nearby which starts at 7:00. You can hear neighbors. No blanket only bedsheet provided. Cigarette scent soon as you walk in. Staff not friendly.

It was declared as non smoking room. A heavy cigarette smoke smell was spread all over the apartment. Shower drain fully blocked! Short sheet in the bed. Not the appropriate size!
