Overall, a great place with fantastic location and cleanliness

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is excellent — just a short walk to the promenade, the city center, and all main attractions. The apartment was very clean and tidy, which made us feel comfortable right away.

There were just a few small things missing that would make the stay absolutely perfect — for example, a kitchen towel or some napkins would be helpful when washing dishes or keeping things neat, and spare garbage bags. Also, the soundproofing is not very strong, so if you happen to have passionate neighbors (as we did 😅), you might unintentionally become part of their evening entertainment

The word luxury gets thrown around too easily. They are serviced apartments that aren’t serviced, no matter how short or long your stay. Bed was small and too firm, quite uncomfortable. The sheets didn’t fit well. They provided towels and kitchen soap, but no salt or pepper, no tea towels or kitchen cloths to clean spills, we stayed almost a week with no change of bathroom towels. A complementary sachet of washing machine powder/pod or even access to purchase some would be great for future tenants.

Great value for money

The appartment is in a complex that seems fully converted to short term rentals. At the ground floor is the company's office and it all looks very professional, almost like a hotel. The appartment itself is very comfortable and spacious, really good value for money considering what you pay. Location is perfect, above Tsimiski street in a sort of alternative, hipsterish area.

The bed is low quality (frame, sheets, mattress) and could make problems to some guests.

Perfect location, very very clean apartment, comfortable fot the couple, enaugh appliances, very kind hosts, easy to check in and out.

Maybe more hangs at the closet and dishcloths for the kitchen. Everything else is perfect.

Our stay in Thessaloniki

The apartment is as you see in the photos. It is modern and there is enough space for two people. It is in a central area.

There are several things I didn’t like: - first of all the apartment is located in a quite central area but the building is in very very bad conditions. It is terribly old, the stairs are very old as well as the elevator. We didn’t feel safe using it. Also the surrounding area is in decline, the buildings are abandoned and we felt in danger when walking there especially when we arrived because everything was closed (it was Easter Monday). - the apartment is new but it is not well equipped. There are two big wardrobes in the bedroom but not even a hanger! In the bathroom there is no place where you can put your stuff, no shelves, just one hook but we were two people and we could not hang our towels. Then the kitchen: there are no rags, no pot holder, just a few plates, forks and glasses, one big pot and one big pan. What is the point of having a quite big kitchen when it is not well-equipped? To use it we had to buy our own rags, napkins, even salt and sugar was missing! - the apartment was not very clean. There was a stain detergent on the kitchen counter which means it was not clean, we found a hair under one of the pillows in the bed and there was dust on all the sockets. - the sofa was absolutely uncomfortable - the last night there were terrible noises from other guests screaming and shouting from 11:30 pm to 4 am. We were awoken several times. When I reported it to the reception ladies on the next morning they just said OK. They didn’t even apologize.

Perfect Apartment

The flat was excellent. Spacious for 2 people and easily sleeps another person. Easy to find and in a quiet neighborhood. Clean apartment with a nice bright view. Definitely i suggest to everyone. For sure we gonna see you again. The only thing that i suggest to the owner(THE LUXURY SUITE)it will be perfect if you offer a coffee machine and bottle of water.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν πάρα πολύ όμορφο ,ευρύχωρο !!!Μας άρεσε που είχε ξεχωριστούς χώρους και μπορούσες να χαλαρώσεις στο σαλόνι ,είχε και εσωτερικό μπαλκόνι ,ζεστό και άνετο !!!Εκτίμησα πολύ ότι ζήτησα κάτι και το είχαν μέσα !!!Ευχαριστούμε πολύ

Anche se la struttura è vecchia l’apartamento è ristrutturato molto bene. Pulito ed in ordine.

L’apartamento ha una scala dopo l’ingresso non segnalato sia da striscia sia dalla luce. Questo dislivello durante la note diventa pericoloso. Siamo stati fortunati. Aspiratore della cucina è sembra avere l’uscita dell’aria di nuovo dentro, quindi non hanno trovato la soluzione.

Το επισκεφτήκαμε 2 συνάδελφοι για δουλειά, το επιλέξαμε επειδή είχε 1 κρεβάτι και ένα καναπέ κρεβάτι ώστε να κοιμηθούμε ο καθένας στο κρεβάτι του . Ωστόσο δεν υπήρχε ούτε μισό σεντόνι για δείγμα σε όλο το διαμέρισμα . Υπήρχε μόνο το ένα κατωσέντονο στο διπλό κρεβάτι . Δεν υπήρχε σεντόνι για να σκεπαστείς, ούτε σεντόνι για να στρώσεις στον καναπέ κρεβάτι . Επιστρέψαμε αργά στο δωμάτιο και ενώ ζητήσαμε σεντόνι για να μπορέσουμε να κοιμηθούμε δεν μας έδωσαν . Το επόμενο πρωί μας είπαν να μας φέρουν 2 σεντόνια ενώ σε 1 ώρα είχαμε check out . Απαράδεκτο . Σκεπάστηκα με πετσέτα μπάνιου. Αν δεν παρέχεται σεντόνι τότε καλύτερα σκεφτείτε να ασχοληθείτε με κάτι άλλο. Το στρώμα επίσης να πω πως είναι το χειρότερο που έχω κοιμηθεί ποτέ στην ζωή μου . Στις σούστες. Λυπάμαι που δεν μπορέσατε να μας παρέχεται κάτι τόσο βασικό .

Μείναμε στο Bonsai Apartments, The Luxury Suites και μείναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι από την εμπειρία μας. Το δωμάτιο ήταν εξαιρετικά καθαρό, άνετο και καλαίσθητα διακοσμημένο, με όλες τις ανέσεις που χρειαστήκαμε για μια ευχάριστη διαμονή. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική, πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης, κάνοντάς το εύκολο να εξερευνήσεις την πόλη με τα πόδια. Σίγουρα θα το επιλέξουμε ξανά στην επόμενη επίσκεψή μας και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Relaxare completa

Pentru mine locația a fost ok destul de aproape de centru ,stațiile de autobuz și autogara.Linie de autobuz directă de la aeroport ,foarte aproape stația de cazare.Super market,restaurant lângă scara blocului .

Am crezut ca se vor schimba prosoapele ,luat gunoiul la 2 zile si lenjeria..Mi au fost schimbate prosoapele la cerere.
