A stylish and comfortable apartment in a great location — perfect for a city break in Thessaloniki.

The apartment was clean, modern and very comfortable — exactly as shown in the photos. The location was excellent, close to the city center, and the self check-in process was smooth and easy. Communication with the host was quick and friendly, which made the stay even better.

Spacious, comfortable & clean

A large apartment. Good bathroom and clean throughout. There was only one bowl and no tea towel on arrival however I contacted management and we were provided with these things immediately. We appreciated the quick and polite response. The bed was comfortable and the apartment is close to bus stops to take you to the main bus and train stations. Nice restaurants close by. A favourite was roots, a vegetarian and vegan restaurant. Excellent menu. The Caravan also great for early breakfast and brunch.

Although there is a small balcony, it is a main street so very noisy and not conducive to sitting outside. We couldn’t really keep the balcony doors open because of traffic but thankfully soundproofing was very good. The watching machine, although it works was really noisy when it wrings and hard to open the door when the cycle finished.

Central Location, but Apartment Falls Short of Expectations

The location is convenient, as it’s close to the city center.

The apartment is located on a very busy and noisy boulevard, which made it difficult to relax. The room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke—likely from previous occupants. Regular odor removal and air refreshing (e.g., with an ozone generator) would greatly improve the experience. The walls were dirty and showed signs of neglect. The entryway floor was worn and greyish, not clean and bright as shown in the photos. Overall, there’s a significant discrepancy between the presentation pictures and the actual condition of the apartment. The marble staircase leading to the apartment is also in poor condition. The filler paste used between the marble slabs was poorly applied, leaving visible smears and diminishing the overall look. Additionally, no slippers were provided, which was inconvenient given the general cleanliness issues.

clear apartment with all you need very close to all of the city our room 2 didn't have any view..

IT wasn't clear you had to whatsapp for key pick up details once at the building, we did have call more than once before we got a person

i am regular to the studios.

i am a regular to the accommodation. I have stayed several times so I enjoy the location and the studios.

Somehow this time it didnt feel that clean. I think the management need to inspect the cleaning of the studios. Also, there is now more wear and tear. Some renovation/ replacement need to be looked at.

All you need and so close to everything

Clean modern apartment in the city. Had a washing machine which was great considering we’ve been travelling for 4 weeks. Would definitely recommend.

Stylish room with kitchenette. Renovated with nice facilities. Good location. Sparking clean. I would recommend it for a few nights.

Could have been perfect but…

Comfortable apartment in an amazing position.

The shower is not in the bathroom but in the middle of the room. The floor, when getting out from the shower, gets really slippery and they don’t provide a bath mat. Honestly I didn’t like at all that when I told them that the bath mat was missing (I thought they just forgot it) they replied “We don’t provide a bath mat”. Really?? Do you prefer that people fall and break their arm instead of providing something that is a standard in every accomodation in the world?

Comfortable & modern!

Extremely spacious apartment, modern renovation, very comfortable furniture, very clean, centrally located... It had everything to make one's stay as comfortable as possible. Couldn't ask for more... We were beyond impressed & happy with the apartment.

Φαινομενικά όμορφο κομψό

Έχει απεριόριστα περιθώρια βελτίωσης! Ένα σκούπισμα στο πάτωμα ( να μην είμαι αχάριστος φαινόταν το χρωμα στο γρανιτένιο πλακάκι), ένα πάτημα στο καζανάκι (ίσα ίσα να φύγουν οι ακαθαρσίες όχι τπτ τρελό), να μην είχε βρώμικες αφημένες κούπες ξεχασμένες στο μοναδικό καλοριφέρ του δωματίου (είχε και άλλες 2 καθαρές όμως) , το τραπεζάκι στο μπαλκονάκι και ένα ράφι στο εσωτερικό ας έχουν μια νορμάλ κλίση (όχι κλίση που θα ζήλευαν οι νταλίκες για ανατροπή) , σκόνη αρκετή για να παίξεις με μάντεψιες στο τι χρώμα είχε από κάτω το αντικείμενο (μαύρο ή και όχι) και μετά από αυτά η εμπιστοσύνη για τις πετσέτες σεντόνια μαξιλάρια παει περίπατο...

ΔΥΣΚΟΛΗ διότι μου αρέσει η καθαριότητα που δυστυχώς δεν υπήρχε.

Η διακόσμηση μου άρεσε από τις φωτογραφίες αλλά δυστυχώς δεν είχε καμία σχέση με την πραγματικότητα.

Ήταν πάρα πολύ βρώμικο και το πάτωμα ήταν σαν να είχε πέσει λάδι.. κολλούσαν οι παντόφλες κάτω. Επίσης είχε ΧΑΛΙΑ πετσέτες λες και ήταν αγορασμένες από κάποιο ξενοδοχείο που έχει κλείσει. Μύριζε τσιγάρο και από την άθλια εικόνα που είχε παντού από την σκόνη δεν μπορουσες να βάλεις air condition γιατί φοβόσουν τι θα αναπλευσεις. Το μπάνιο είχε πιάσει ΠΟΥΡΙ ΚΑΙ ΜΑΥΡΑ ΣΗΜΑΔΙΑ ΥΓΡΑΣΙΑΣ.Τέλος δεν υπήρχαν καν extra πετσέτες για ώρα ανάγκης που υπάρχουν στα περισσότερα καταλύματα.

Keines Appartment mit einem unschönen Ausblick vom Balkon!

Kleines Appartement mit zwei Zimmer, ein Schlafzimmer und eine Wohnküche mit Couch und Balkon. Kleines Badezimmer mit einer Dusche.

Ausstattung sehr Basic und manche Dinge funktionieren auch nicht! z.B der Wasserkocher, eine Nachtischlampe, … Die Handtücher sind bereits sehr gebraucht worden und gehören ersetzt! Kein Fliegengitter an Fenstern. Der Balkon ist zum Hinterhof, der sehr stark verschmutzt und vernachlässigt worden ist!!! Der Ausblick ist unschön, sogar eklig!

Lokacija je super, par minuta do samog centra. Apartman je lijep i lijepo sređen.

Smatram da je čistoća najbitnija, i treba se tome više posvetiti pažnje. Pod je bio prljav, ogledala prebrisana tako da se ništa ne vidi na njima. I savjetujem da se ubace osnovne stvari poput soli, šećera.

Σαν τοποθεσία είναι καλά!

Δεν έχω ξαναδεί τόσο βρωμικο διαμέρισμα, έρχομαι πολύ συχνά Θεσσαλονίκη και έχω μείνει σε αρκετά Airbnb αυτό ήταν ότι χειρότερο εχω δει, κυριολεκτικά είχε να καθαριστεί πολύ καιρό! Ζωύφια κι τρίχες παντού, σκόνη, το μπάνιο σιχαμερό. Απορώ γιατί ονομάζονται Luxury Suites. Ευτυχώς τα έχω καταγράψει στο κινητό μου! Δεν αξίζει καν τα 50€ για ένα βράδυ, κανονικά έπρεπε να μας δώσουν τα χρήματα πίσω! Απαράδεκτο

Odličan smeštaj za parove

Odlična lokacija, pešačka udaljenost od svih važnih gradskih tačaka. Stan je lepo opremljen sa novim stvarima. Ljudi u kancelariji su bili izuzetno ljubazni, omogućili nam da ostavimo prtljag i pre ulaska u smeštaj, ali i na dan odlaska, od check out-a do našeg polaska nazad, kako bismo iskoristili i taj dan što duže za uživanje po gradu. Takođe, zamolili smo ih za peglu koju su nam doneli isti dan i ostavili do zadnjeg dana boravka.

Ovaj apartman nije baš namenjen za osobe koje nisu previše bliske. Kao ni za boravak bliskih srodnika, zbog tuš kabine sa providnim vratima. Morate da upozorite osobu sa kojom ste u smeštaju da gleda na drugu stranu dok izlazite iz tuš kabine, naročito jer u njoj nemate mogućnost da ostavite ili zakačite ništa od stvari. Zato je verovatno odličan za parove, koji takve probleme ne bi trebalo da imaju :)
