Breez Apartments, The Luxury Suites

Местоположение хорошее, на главной улице города, близко и к основным достопримечательностям, и к автовокзалу, и к ж/д вокзалу, весь городской транспорт в непосредственной доступности, много кафе, ресторанов и магазинов вокруг, легко найти, большая, уютная студия, чистая, после ремонта, всё новое и стильное. Раздельный санузел, что редко. Отличный вестибюль, лифт. Большое спасибо хозяевам за заботу о гостях.

Немного не хватало микроволновки, чтобы быстро разогреть еду, приходилось постоянно пользоваться плитой. Не все виды посуды присутствуют, можно добавить. Окно и балкон во двор, двор не очень эстетичный.

Чисто и подредено, добра локация.

The location is convenient, as it’s close to the city center.

The apartment is located on a very busy and noisy boulevard, which made it difficult to relax. The room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke—likely from previous occupants. Regular odor removal and air refreshing (e.g., with an ozone generator) would greatly improve the experience. The walls were dirty and showed signs of neglect. The entryway floor was worn and greyish, not clean and bright as shown in the photos. Overall, there’s a significant discrepancy between the presentation pictures and the actual condition of the apartment. The marble staircase leading to the apartment is also in poor condition. The filler paste used between the marble slabs was poorly applied, leaving visible smears and diminishing the overall look. Additionally, no slippers were provided, which was inconvenient given the general cleanliness issues.
