Quite a disappointment

- Location - The apartment was big enough - Hairdryer - There are kitchen stuff like pans, bowls, plates, cutlery, glasses and a corkscrew. Though we only had breakfast in the apartment

We were recommended this place by Booking because our reservation was cancelled at the very last minute but I really wouldn't say it's family-friendly and will most certainly never come back again. - My biggest NO-NO: It is advertised as non-smoking but clearly that's not the case since there were cigarette buds left from former guests, a hole from cigarettes on the couch and burnt spots on the table. There was this tobacco odor which we couldn't get rid of no matter how long we left the windows open. Hotel staff don't care much about enforcing the policy, quite the opposite, there was an ashtray left on the window for convenience. - The apartment we were given was quite dark. One could pull the curtains but then there's no thin curtain so you are left with no privacy. - There was human hair and a lollipop wrapper on the floor. - We stayed 4 days and cleaning was not conducted in any of the days. - Everything was quite shabby and worn out. The couch was dismantled and my husband had to reattach it so that the kids could sleep. It was in such a bad shape that it was decomposing overnight and had to be reattached every morning. - The apartment is for 4 people but the facilities are for two - 2 chairs for example - No duvet was provided for the kids though we were told the maid will bring one. - The adjustable shower stand was broken. - Though the building is access controlled guests freely share the access code and delivery people with bike helmets ring and knock on your door in the middle of the night. Woke us up twice and scared the kids.

great location, good value for money, comfortable for not more than two people

The location was exceptional, apartment was very spacious and clean, we managed to find free parking just in front of the building, but there are also a lot of private parkings in the area. the building is surrounded with coffee shops, bakeries snd restaurants.

The view from the room at the back of the building was not very nice, there was some persistent unpleasant smell in the room even after the windows have been opened for a long time and the sofa bed is very uncomfortable for sleeping so the apartment is more convenient for two people and not three.

Good for short stays

Very easy self check-in. Apartment was clean. Very good internet connection. The location was convenient and provided access to local amenities and attractions.

Apartment no 2 was too dark and it had a musty smell as soon as you walked in, even though the window was open. The bed was not comfortable. Investing in a new mattress and pillows could improve the overall comfort of the space. Soundproofing was missing. Although the windows were double-glazed, noises still came from outside.

Perfect location for a weekend in town

Location was great. 15 min to walk to all the relevant areas, from nightlife to tourism, but quiet at night. Very clean style, well equipped and very new and modern. Nice big shower with shampoo and shower gel. Stays dark in the morning.

The bed in apartment 5 is like a hammock-it has a big dent in the middle so if you're two people sleeping there, you bump into each other in the middle as you 'roll down '. No towel for the floor in front of the shower or for drying dishes

Economic clean spacious room close to most important places

Spacious clean room in Ladadika where all the coffee shops and restaurants are, very close to the port where are the Museums of Photography, Cinematography and Modern Art. and the main square, the Aristotelous one. The girls at the reception were very kind and accommodating. The sofa was uncomfortable to sleep but the reception gave us a thin mattress to put on top, so problem solved

It was difficult to find since the sign said so etching else than the name on the booking. The building was a dump with many abandoned apartments. There was no bed light.

Εξαιρετική επικοινωνία από τα παιδιά στα γραφεία του The Luxury Suites. Για οποιοδήποτε ζήτημα, υπήρχε πάντα άμεση επικοινωνία, ευγένεια και διάθεση για ενημέρωση. Πολύ σημαντική επίσης η άμεση ανταπόκριση και τις 2 φορές που ζήτησα νωρίτερο check in.
