Perfect stay ! Very nice, spacious and brandnew apartment. Clean, very quiet. Nice bath, Comfortable bed. Easy Access to the room. Very close to everything to the restaurants and city. When you get out of the room, a lot coffee shops and bakerys to get something for breakfast or just for a coffee I was very satisfied with the Serene rooms, thanks!

The rooms themselves are excellent. They are modern, very clean, comfortable and very well equipped, renovated to a very high standard, with very good facilities. They are also spacious and provide all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. The accommodation occupies the second floor of a five-storey mixed-use building, with several rooms on that floor, almost like a small hotel section. The entrance to the accommodation area is through a separate glass door, while the other floors of the building are occupied by different businesses.

Unfortunately, the building as a whole is a very different experience from the accommodation itself. The frontage is old and dated, the elevators are old, and the large internal open/common area is in poor condition and appears neglected. The main entrance to the building is permanently open, and there were regularly people standing outside smoking, which did not create a particularly comfortable or secure first impression. The immediate surroundings also feel much more commercial or industrial than residential, and the area appears rather run-down. This is quite a contrast to the very high standard of the accommodation once you reach the second floor. Overall, the accommodation itself is excellent, but the condition of the building, common areas and immediate surroundings noticeably reduces the overall experience.
