Bad value for money, too expensive for what they offer

I can only talk good about the location, is very central. The bed was comfortable, but nothing out of this world. Not worth the money spent

It looks like an improvised place; it's really small, it was dirty, not much privacy. Looks good in the pictures, but only in the pictures. The bathroom was ok, not very clean. Nothing was really much enjoyable

bathroom is clean,with no soap,or shower gel

- this is ROOM,not at an apartment (it was somebodys attic before) - tv doesn't work - sheets and blanket were NEVER washed before (there were stains,and different colors on sheets,it's sooooo stinky) - and my kid slept there..disgrace.. - the place is full of aints - the walls - no comment (dirty,yellow,full with stains) - bed is sqeeky and pretty old - no cup,no spoon,nothing.. - the stairs when you enter the place,oh boy,you get freaked out.......... this might be ok for 15e

Excelent cheap place to stay for a night or two just in the center of the city.

I wish I had more free time to get a bucket of white paint and do the dirty wall opposite the bed. I am sure the host will not fix it in the next few years.

Pleasant

It is very close to the Aristotelus square, 10 min walk. The host is nice and responds rapidly. The self check in is a bonus. For a night is ok, but not longer.

Big price for the small space. No parking space. The bathroom door was falling off. It is a room at the second floor of a "house", at the top of some shady wooden stairs. In the pictures it looks better.

Never again!

Конура расположена в удобном месте. Недалеко порт, набережная, да и в общем это центр города со всеми его плюсами, что тут скажешь. Парковаться лучше сразу на платном паркинге, обычно с парковкой очень трудно.

У собственника отсутствует представление о минимальном комфорте. Всё как-то бедненько, зачухано, без попытки оживить это место. Не рекомендую. Только если совсем уже некуда пойти. Фото - не отражают действительность пропитанную унынием.

Non, le petit prix ne justifie pas la qualité du logement.

Le logement est effectivement central.

Comme on les appelle chez nous : un trou à rats... La chambre (car c'est une chambre avec salle de bain, pas un studio) est située dans un immeuble sur 2 étages avec une forte odeur d'humidité (le papier peint cache misère et les petites décorations ne suffisent pas à la masquer). L'habitacle était propre, mais nous avons pu apercevoir des cafards au petit matin dans la salle de bain . Le matelas est clairement à jeter , les ressorts vous empêche de dormir. Idem pour les coussins qui m'ont causés un bon torticolis le lendemain ! Pas vraiment d'équipement à part le frigo. La bouilloire est inutilisable, n'essayez même pas. Il n'y a absolument pas de parking avec le logement. (Raison pour laquelle nous avions choisi le logement) vous pouvez vous garer dans le parking sécurisé à proximité pour 15euros la nuit. Le "loueur" est injoignable (évidement). Bref, l'enfer pour notre dernière nuit en Grèce où nous avions eu le loisir de dormir dans des logements au même prix, mais de qualité.

Όλα τέλεια πραγματικά αλλά θα ήθελα οπωσδήποτε να μπει μια πόρτα ασφαλείας για το δωμάτιο!δουλεύω στον τομέα της προσωπικής ασφαλείας και το μόνο που με προβλημάτισε ήταν η πόρτα η οποία από μέσα στο πάνω μέρος δεξιά έβλεπες έξω τον διάδρομο!

Πολύ καλή & άνετη διαμονή στο κέντρο της πόλης

Σε πολύ καλή περιοχή με τα μέσα μεταφοράς προσβάσιμα με τα πόδια. Η στάση μετρό Δημοκρατίας 5 με 10 λεπτά απόσταση. Το δωμάτιο καθαρό & άνετο. Ο ιδιοκτήτης επικοινωνούσε άμεσα σε ερωτήματα.

Το στρώμα του κρεβατιού αρκετά σκληρό. Στο ντους θα ήθελα και στήριγμα του τηλεφώνου στον τοίχο όπως κι ένα φουρνάκι μικροκυμάτων στο δωμάτιο.
