Its a nice stay if you don’t mind the sound noise from the nearby bars.

Its located in city center, close to all bars, cafes and shops.

The entrance in the building is not accessible, and there was no internet connection available during our stay. Parking is really hard to be found in the weekends.

Apartment with the worst internet.

The apartment was extremely clean; the cleaning was excellent. The location was also great, close to downtown.

The internet in this apartment did not work at all. For a large EU city, this is unacceptable. We were unable to work and had to spend extra money on mobile internet because of this failure. Hot water is another serious problem. The system is poorly designed, works on a timer, and turning on hot water feels like a quest. It does not function normally and is extremely inconvenient. The apartment is extremely noisy. There is effectively no soundproofing. You can clearly hear everything happening in the neighboring apartments, which makes rest or work impossible. The windows do not open. There are no handles, which is both uncomfortable and questionable from a basic living and safety standpoint. The management company is clearly neglecting essential issues. This apartment is not suitable for people who need to work, rest, or expect basic living standards. I do not recommend this property.

Decent for its purpose

The room was decent for its price. It was also really close to where we wanted to go. It was very clean and also with moderate kitchen if you decide to cook something small. All in all, a decent experience for what it's worth.

It was a bit difficult to find it. Also, mind yourselves while entering because the door might hit you in the head. The elevator is very small so be careful with that as well. Also, lot's of pin codes to finally enter your room which can be tricky for people not very familiar with technology.

Not happy

The location was excellent, close to everything we needed. Wi-Fi connection was okay.

The apartment has good potential — the furniture is new and the space itself could be very comfortable. However, the housekeeping needs significant improvement, as cleanliness was lacking during my stay. This was my third booking with Nilie Hospitality MGMT, but unfortunately, it was also my least satisfying experience. When I arrived, the bathroom was very dirty, there was dust throughout the apartment, and the floor had not been cleaned. The sink in the kitchen still had food residue, which was disappointing. Additionally, the building is quite old and difficult to find, as there are no visible signs indicating the entrance, and Google Maps directs you to a side street instead of the correct location. The elevator was also out of order, which was inconvenient since the apartment is located on the top floor. With better cleaning standards and clearer directions for guests, this apartment could easily become a much better place to stay.

Decent location and good price

I liked the prompt communication with them and the good price and location.

It didn't look like the pictures but it was decent. It wasn't a duvet on the bed but just a sheet to cover, nor 4 pillows but just two, and the mattress was not comfortable. We didn't really get a good night sleep because of it. But overall it was a good accommodation for that price.

The elevator was very old, narrow and it was creaking very loudly. There were curtains in front of the window but not wide enough to cover the whole window. There was mold around the mirror near the entrance of the room. The room's door handle wasn't screwed in place so we had to be extra careful with it. There was a wardrobe that smelled very badly.

Clean apartment, good location

The apartment we booked for 3 persons as the kid is 14. The couch where he slept was more than inconfortable, he woke up with back pains as a metal bar was too high... I am sorry to have chosen this apartment. Also the apartment is located inside a building looking like a gheto. If you take the steps and see the environment you will feel creepy.

In no case at all. Very dirty important thins like mold on bathroom curtains etc. No aircondition in both rooms I rented, having an 8 month baby and a child with me. No interest from the company and no refund at all. Stay away from such disrespectful properties. 1950s Lift is like coffin. Classic Greek money chasers.

the propriety is located above pubs and during the weekend is not possible to sleep till 4/5 am. in the building are present cats and on the stairs was present the poop of the cats.

the apartment was dirty, the floor was not washed and the dishes in the closet were dirty. . on the glasses imprints of someone else's lipstick:). if you want to cook yourself, look for something else .. the kitchen is poorly equipped .. there is no frying pan, only 3 plates, the knife is one and blunt, no utensils, towels, etc. ..... the house is complete trash ... the dish is good , the repair is relatively new, but everything is already breaking down .. the handle fell out, the water in the shower did not drain, the curtains were falling ... but in general ok ..

Clean apartment, comfirtable beds

The neighborhood is terrible. Building has broken windows, there is water on the floor in the building. Corridors of the building look like it’s a bacement, not a hotel. The only positive thing is that corridor directly in front of the apartment is locked. Also it is almost impossible to take normal shower in there - water is either boiling hot or freezing cold. On the first day of our stay we also had problems with the internet, so we lost a working day. I don’t recommend staying in this facility.
