I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Thessaloniki.

Everything was smooth and easy. The location is excellent, with plenty of parking available in the neighborhood, and the city center is easily accessible on foot. You can comfortably explore Thessaloniki with a walking tour. There are supermarkets, coffee shops, and everything you might need nearby. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city. The host was very helpful and provided all the necessary information both before and during our stay. Thanks a lot!

location is nice and very good, owner is nice and always 24 hours supporting to u. Clean apartment and fast service. 9/10

The complete execution of works is on the floor below the accommodation, from 8am to 3pm it is impossible to have a decent rest and enjoy the accommodation and rest. Personally, my vacation was ruined by these noises, and the elevator is constantly heard when it is working. It is terribly bad and noisy for a peaceful sleep and rest.

Cosy stay on a good location

The property was accessible, found it easily. Was all very clean, I had everything I needed also extra covers for the night. Its on a good location buses and metro on a few steps.

What I didnt like is the thin walls, my neighbours were loud enough all night. But nothing that earplugs could not fix.

The stuff is helpful and nice.

The Lift to old in bad condition (7th floor)! Stairways stinky unclean and occupied with stuff BUT: the absolutely NoGo are the PAPER WALLS,- couldn’t sleep,- I heard neighbours even if they speak normally. No View really,- just a small strip. No compensation despite of sleepless night and lost day because of that. Sorry guys but I feel responsibility for other guests and have to say that.

Rooms were clean, only positive aspect of the property

To much construction every single day waking me up, building looks like a ghetto, one elevator working and it didn’t feel safe, plus Graffiti marks all over and it smells. I was very disappointed, I will never book here again.

Keep looking: I cannot recommend Sky Studios

The room (Sky Studio 1) was clean, but very small for a family of four (it's definitely not suitable for 4 adults as advertised) Balcony was nice. We liked leaving!

We had booked (and prepaid) for 5 nights but left after 2, we just never felt entirely safe here. We use booking.com for everything, this was way below expectation. Let's start with the location. Read other reviews, this is not in a good area, a local mentioned it would be on the very edge of where tourists should stay in Thessaloniki. There are shady characters about on the street, the entrance from the street is very dirty, the building is unsuitable, and the lift is honestly unlike any I've used for any accommodation. See pictures. Inside the apartment, we had minor issues like the AC being slow to cool the room down; it maintained it cool thereafter. Kitchen is well equipped but comically cramped, you have maybe 30/35cm workspace at the stove: see my photo! The shower was usable but the main head was not working properly. Beds were not the most comfortable, but at least clean. There were no safety deposit box or deadlock on the doors. The apartment is on the top floor of a building that is used by a number of businesses. This means it's completely deserted after business hours, but also it's grimy, noisy and a little smelly. Each morning at 8.30 we were woken by construction work on floor 5. Of the two lifts available only one works and it was poorly maintained, dirty, vandalised and with parts of the ceiling missing, etc. Thanos (host) always responded promptly and politely to my messages during our stay, unfortunately though did not really take seriously our concerns on safety. It was really disappointing to see our room immediately re-listed when we left early (we paid for a full stay, the risk you take when you pay in full before seeing your accommodation); it perhaps indicates priority: filling bookings, not the guest concerns. Genuinely I could not recommend this to anyone. I suppose it may suit some, especially if on a budget but keep looking if you have children or if you prioritise feeling safe in your...

Comfortable studio space with great balcony and easy access to transport links

Comfortable space, large balcony with a partial harbour and sea view in the distance. I stayed for 10 nights and really enjoyed my stay as a solo female traveller. Thanos, the owner was very helpful and the instructions he sent for arrival were detailed. Location in the city was great - right next to Dimokratias metro station and various bus stops for easy transport. Bed was really comfortable and clean. Easy access to washing machine with free use of washing powder - really useful for a longer stay!

Location was within an industrial building so the entrance at night feels a bit unsafe when you first arrive. Particularly the lift / elevator.. it smells of smoke and is very old. But I did get used to this, and I didn’t have any problems due in my stay other than some noise from the corridor. Kitchen space was good, but some of the cooking ingredients and equipment hadn’t been cleaned or replenished in some time, so I mentioned it to Thanos. I didn’t use them for this reason. Some minor cleaning issues, but Thanos passed this on to the staff and every few days I got offered a room clean which was great.

Excellent value and very comfortable

We liked the balcony which was large and got the afternoon/evening sun. The bed was very comfortable with crisp clean linen. We were pleased to use the washing machine (useful half way through our tour of Northern Greece). The shower was powerful and hot. Communications with the owner was very good eg regards parking, getting the key etc A supermarket is close by, useful to pick up items for breakfast etc

The access to these apartments is odd, a big negative, there’s just a small, dirty lift from a shopping area (selling military type gear), however we didn’t let it bother us during our stay.

Overall it’s a good place to stay

It’s very close to the city center and there are restaurants and shops relatively close. The Owner was great, very responsive and helpful, he was there to assist us at all times.

Loved it

Great location! just a few blocks away from all the restaurant and bars. You easily walk for a night out. Communication with Nicolas was also really good, he was there whenever I needed anything. The room is just what I was looking for; clean, comfortable, quiet and also very close to the center.

Superb

Everything was clean. The view from the balcony is good and the building is located on one of the big streets in Salonic and if you want to go to beaches south of Salonic you just need to follow it untill you are on the highway.

We didn't like the fact that there was no door in the elevator that takes you up to the seventh floor where skystudios is located. Also the floor gets very hot and it radiates heat so you must leave the AC on even at night.

Very good

The location is great! And the whole floor of the building occupied by Sky Studios is amazing. The staff were responsive and gave clear instructions. Great value for money! Would definitely recommend. I'd just add that repainting the walls, and thoroughly cleaning the bed frame would make this apartment perfect. Not that it's a matter of urgency, but if it wasn't for that, I'd give it a 10/10.

As others have said; the entrance is weird and dodgy lift with people hanging around. We were woken at 4am by people next door screaming and partying, wasnt ideal before a long day of travelling.

clean and not too far from the center

The hotel pleasantly surprised me with its spacious rooms, especially the well-designed balcony that offered a great view. The bathroom was also a highlight, featuring modern amenities and a luxurious feel.

The hotel proved difficult to locate, lacking clear signage or directions, which led to unnecessary frustration upon arrival. Moreover, during my stay, I found the hotel to be a bit noisy at night, with disruptions from nearby traffic and other guests that affected my ability to get a restful night's sleep.
