Impossible to Stay — Suffocating Cigarette Odor

The apartment was suffocating with the smell of cigarettes, as if someone had been smoking inside for months with the windows closed. The odor was so strong it seemed to be coming from the wooden furniture and cabinets. When we contacted the host, the only “solution” offered was to send a cleaning lady to freshen the place up. When we declined, they blamed us and said it was probably due to my pregnant wife’s heightened sense of smell. Completely unacceptable experience.

Honestly, there was nothing to like—unless you count the moment we checked out.

What a nightmare of a stay. Moldy toilet paper, dirty towels, windows you can barely see through, and bathrooms that were anything but hygienic. And just when you think it can’t get worse—it’s located in a sketchy neighborhood where you feel unsafe the entire time. I was there with my wife and daughter, and honestly, it turned into one of the worst experiences of our lives. And the best part? I actually paid €260 for this :) Don’t be fooled by the photos on Booking—once you step inside, you’ll quickly realize it’s all just a scam.

The location was not so good. I didn’t feel safe in the nights. It was indicated that there is no house parties and after 11 PM it is quite time in the property. However, in the next door, there was a party till morning I couldn’t sleep.

Bad information and location, but the apart

Nice once I was able to get to the building

I was not given the correct address upon booking. On google, the property was in a completely different place and I was not given the correct address until After walking 30 minutes in the wrong direction. The staff did not want to acknowledge they did not give appropriate information for people to find the suite.

Clean and nicely furnished apartment

Very comfortable beds. Clean and nicely furnished apartment with all necessities for a short stay. There are a lot of windows and blinds on each one to block the sun in the morning. We circled a few times around the block to find a free parking space, no issues. Contactless check-in and check-out.

No hot water when we checked in, but the heater warms up in 20 minutes, so no big deal.

The location was awful and very dangerous. We tried to communicate with the owner but they didn’t help us. The accommodation wasn’t what we expected and we didn’t have a refund. We definitely don’t recommend it.

Very good value for money when in Thessalonic

The apartment is in a building which is managed by the same owner. It’s new, the furniture and equipment are of very good quality and we felt comfortable staying here. The apartment we had had a large terrace which was very nice and we had enough space to do a day of remote working. Although the neighbourhood seemed a little bit shady at the beginning, it was perfectly fine, we’ve had no problems and had our car parked for 2 days on the street in sight from the room. The host has been very welcoming and easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend for a stay in Thessalonic.

Everything was OK except the building entrance. There was a problem with the entrance door which made us wait for at least 10 minutes to enter the building. You had to enter the code for 20-30 times.

Situated around 3 km from White Tower so you need a taxi to go to the heart of the city. Walking is not advised as it is near the train station. This street used to be red light district now is refugee and migrant district. No supermarket near, only a Chinese and an Afgan mini market were you could buy water with the use of google translator. Had a washing machine but no tablets. No hair dryer either. For 4 nights stay there was only one toilet paper

Αν μπορούσα θα έβαζα και 0 αστέρι γιατί η οικοδεσπότης έκανα κράτηση αρχές Ιανουαρίου όταν η θερμοκρασία έξω είχε -2c και παγώσαμε μέσα στο studio το κλιματιστικό ήταν χαλασμένο δεν έβγαζε ζεστή ότι και να έκανες στο τηλεκοντρόλ το πηγαίναμε 30 βαθμούς και δεν έβγαζε το κλιματιστικό ούτε 10 c βαθμούς ζέστης ότι και να κάναμε μάλλον η είναι χαλασμένο το κλιματιστικό σας και δεν το κάνατε ποτέ στην ζωή σας σέρβις και δεν αποδίδει ζεστή η έχετε κάνει κάποιο τρικ για να μην ξοδεύουν η επισκέπτες ρεύμα λες και θα τα οικονομισετε από το ρεύμα είδα τα καλοριφέρ σώματα που έχει το σπίτι και αυτά απλά για εμφάνιση ήταν δεν άναβαν έστειλα μήνυμα στην οικοδεσπότη και μου άλλαξε θέμα με ανώριμες δικαιολογίες χωρίς να δώσει λύση στο πρόβλημα του κρύου κανονικά έπρεπε να το κάνω ρεπορτ στην booking και μετάνιωσα αρκετά για την αδιαφορία της κυρίας

Konum itibariyle tekstil atölyeleri ve toptancı mağazalarının bulunduğu özellikle geceleri pek güven vermeyen ,bir sokakta. Çevre sakinleri geceleri çok gürültü yaptılar ve kavga ettiler. daireye girdiğimizde çok keskin bir sigara kokusu vardı ve bu koku eşyalara sinmişti ,hatta bazı mobilyalarda sigara yanıkları vardı ,salon koltuğu çok kirliydi ,oturmak için bir şeyler örtmek zorunda kaldık .Özellikle İNTERNET yayını yok denecek kadar zayıftı.

Το κλιματιστικό ήταν ακριβώς δίπλα στο κρεβάτι που είχε διαλυμένο προσκέφαλο και χτυπούσε τον τοίχο ακούγεται η εξωτερική μονάδα και δεν γίνεται να κοιμηθείς και το χειρότερο είναι ότι κάποιος μαγειρεύει νύχτα 12 ωρα στο δίπλα δωμάτιο και η μυρωδιές οπός και ο θόρυβος επίσης του αποροφυτηρα να ακούγονται μεσα στο δωμάτιο μου. Έλεος απορώ γιατί έχει αυτή την βαθμολογία
