Помешкання і власники справді заслуговують найвищої оцінки. У квартирі свіжий ремонт, усе дуже чисто й продумано для комфортного перебування. Ліжко зручне, кондиціонер тихий і потужний, у душі хороший напір води, також є зручний ліфт. Неподалік є невелике кафе вуличної їжі, яке ми не встигли спробувати, але воно виглядало досить популярним серед місцевих. Окремо хочу подякувати господарям - дуже приязні, відкриті й приємні люди. Вони дали нам кілька корисних порад і підтримали у вирішенні питань, які виникли під час перебування. Було справді приємно спілкуватися. Залишилися тільки хороші враження. Якщо ще буду в Салоніках, із задоволенням зупинюся тут знову.

У мене немає жодних розчарувань, оскільки я заздалегідь читав попередні відгуки й розумів особливості локації і свої маршрути. Але для об’єктивності хочу звернути увагу на два моменти. Вулиця одностороння, автомобілі паркуються по обидва боки дороги, але безпосередньо біля помешкання вільних місць часто може не бути. Водночас є паркомісце для людей з інвалідністю, завжди вільне, де можна швидко вивантажити речі. Через декілька квартилів - приблизно за 300-400 метрів - зліва є досить велика безкоштовна парковка, де мені щоразу вдавалося знайти місце. Сама вулиця не є надто мальовничою: тут справді багато китайських оптових магазинів. На мою думку, це не є суттєвим мінусом для перебування, район старий, тихий і спокійний, людей небагато, а ввечері магазини зачинені.

First of all, the communication with the host was excellent. We received all the necessary information in a timely manner, and she was even kind enough to accommodate a slightly earlier check-in, which I truly appreciated. The apartment is in a convenient location, with restaurants and shops nearby. Most importantly, the apartment was impeccably clean, which was the aspect we valued the most during our stay.

This is more of a constructive suggestion than a complaint: it would be helpful to add a small shelf in the bathroom where guests could place their toiletries, as well as a towel holder. These small additions would make the space even more practical and comfortable.

The place is wonderful. The bed and the pillows were so comfortable. We had everything that we needed for our stay. I really appreciated that the AC is not blowing directly to your head. The host is really nice, she gave us some cool recommendations for places to visit and where to eat and she was right, thank you again. We definitely will return to this place for our next trip in Thessaloniki. We found free parking right in front of the building which was really nice. Book it without hesitation, the place and the location are great!

New apartments, everything is very clean, a little smaller room, but for the two days we were there, it was great. Everything you need is in the apartment, 15-20 minutes to the center on foot. Buy in bakeries that are closer to the center, they are busier

Parking is free on the street, but there is never a free space. We were lucky, we came on a Sunday and parked in front of the building. There are a couple of paid parking lots in the area that are closed on Sundays and you can't get in or out on Sundays.
