Great place, would definitely return

The stay was amazing, the apartment was great, looks just like the pictures and extremely clean. A great amount of thought was put into every detail, furniture, lighting, etc. It will definitely be our first option when we come back to Thessaloniki. As others have said, parking can be challenging (we have a very big pickup that does not fit most parking places), but it's really not terrible. One night we found a place on the street next to the apartment and for the second Xenia recommended us a parking a few minutes away that was able to accomodate us. The cost was 1EUR per hour, which I found decent. There is a sort of private parking in front of the entrance which we were able to use for the 2 minutes needed for unloading/loading the bags, so we didn't have to carry them for a long distance. Aristotelous Square is just a very short walk away, we were able to get some good food there

Excellent, would definetely return

Great apartment in a good location, close to the main attractions to be visited/tavernas/shopping area/2 bakery just around the corner. Free parking on the street, which was important for us having a car. Indeed, one of the bedrooms does not have window but it was not a problem because the AC worked just great (especially that it is not in this bedroom, so you can sleep comfortably with the AC blowing from the living room).

The buildings around are very close (they seem a bit abandoned or maybe they are office buildings and being a holiday weekend they were closed), which triggers the need to keep the curtains closed, but it was not a problem for us.

We truly appreciated to stay here, and we’ll gladly return every time we visit Thessaloniki.

We had a wonderful experience here. This property is ideal for families with children. The location is excellent, with two rooms, in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The apartment is very clean, and well-equipped. It is just a short walk to city center, promenade, and traditional tavernas.

It was a little bit challenging to find a parking place. In this area, you can park on the street for free, and during the day it is very crowded.

A True Gem - Beyond Chic and Modern!

The name of the apartment doesn’t fully capture what it offers. This place isn’t just chic and modern. It’s truly premium and luxurious in every sense. From the overall decor to the smallest details, everything is thoughtfully done to make you feel completely at home. You can arrive without a single worry. Everything you might need is already there. The coziness of the space is unmatched. I even hesitated to use the bedroom because it was so beautifully arranged, I didn’t want to ruin how perfectly chic it looked. Although we didn’t meet her in person, the host, Xenia, was incredibly warm and caring. You could feel it through her messages. She was amazingly responsive, replying within seconds no matter the time. I actually wanted to book the apartment again for my return just a week later, but unfortunately, it was already taken. Next time, I won’t even look for another place i’ve found my gem. The location is excellent in the center but not noisy at all, and everything is within walking distance. I didn’t have a car this time, so I can’t speak to the parking situation, but it seemed like street parking might be possible. In short, it is highly recommended. A luxurious, cozy, and convenient stay with a wonderful host.

A comfortable and private stay in Thessaloniki

The apartment is close to the port and 10 minutes walk from Aristotele Square. It is in a traditional neighbourhood close to the main streets and in a walking distance to attractions, bars and restaurants. There are a lot of paid parkings very close to the place. The apartment is renovated and is very clean, nicely furnished and has the right space and comfort for a family of four. The owner is always ready to answer and assist you on the phone. Overall it is a comfortable and private stay neat the center of Thessaloniki.

It was excellent for us.

There are several options very close to the apartment for breakfast and dishes you may require. Location is at the center of the city, and almost everywhere we wished to visit was at walking distance. Apartment was well designed for a 50~55 m2 area and furbished with good quality furniture.

One of the rooms did not have a window or air circulation. It did not effect us that much as our children used that room just for sleep. But may be problem during summer time. Also the entrance of the apartment block is some bare, probably used for business purposes even there seems to be several apartments for daily rentals.

Το συγκρότημα κατοικιών που βρίσκετε ήταν σε άθλια κατάσταση , το ασανσέρ απαράδεκτο σχεδόν διαλυμένο δεν θα έπρεπε να χρησιμοποιείται,οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι γεμάτη βρομιά με εκτεθειμένα καλώδια και σωλήνες να αιωρούνται σε κάθε όροφο

Εξαιρετικό μοντέρνο και άνετο. Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία! Πολύ καθαρό . Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν ευγενική και απαντούσε αμέσως σε ότι και να χρειαζόμαστε! Σίγουρα θα ειναι η πρώτη επιλογή μου όταν βρεθώ ξανά Θεσσαλονίκη.

Οι οδηγίες ήταν σαφέστατες, παραλάβαμε πανεύκολα τα κλειδιά! Ο χώρος πεντακάθαρος και πολύ μοντέρνος και πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο! Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμος να μας λύσει οποιαδήποτε απορία, σίγουρα θα ξαναμείνουμε στο κατάλυμα αυτό!

Το πάρκινγκ στη γειτονιά είναι πρόβλημα, αλλά μας είχαν ενημερώσει εκ των προτέρων για 2 κοντινά πάρκινγκ όπου θα μπορούσαμε να αφήσουμε το αυτοκίνητο

Nisam neko ko ostavlja recenzije non-stop, medjutim ovog puta sam jedva dočekao da to uradim. Jednom reči PERFEKTNO. Lokacija je odlična, maltene u centru Soluna. Naravno da je parking problematičan ako nećete da ga platite, medjutim ako želite da budete bezbrižni za svog ljubimca u krugu od 3 min imate više privatnih parkinga. O samom apartmanu da ne trošim mnogo reči...čisto, uredno i udobno. Stvari su nove i fenomenalne. Sa puno ukusa je ceo apartman uredjen. Kreveti i dušeci su fenomenalni. Posteljina kao u hotelima sa 5 zvezdica. Zaista svaka preporuka za stan. Terasa ne postoji, tako da neko pati za tim neka nadje drugi smeštaj. Kako često idem do Soluna u buduće sigurno neću tražiti drugi smeštaj, ukoliko ne moram. Hvala domaćinu na svemu. Bilo je fenomenalno.
