incorrect additional payment

The studio was advertised at a final price of €45. I paid in full online. I asked for an invoice, was given two for €37.05+8=€45.05. When I checked my bank account saw that they had charged me an additional €8, wrote to the owner and he explained that they were administrative fees that were not mentioned anywhere in the booking for payment. It is not about the amount of €8, but this is super incorrect, ... also the studio was advertised with a flat screen TV, but there was none!!!

Ήταν πολύ όμορφο κατάλυμα μοντέρνα διακοσμημένο, άνετο και οικονομικό.

Δεν ήταν πλήρως καθαρό στο πάτωμα και επειδή δεν πρόσφερε το κατάλυμα παντόφλες μιας χρήσης (γνωρίζω ότι είναι προαιρετικές αλλά πολύ χρήσιμες) οι κάλτσες μας έγιναν μαύρες με αποτέλεσμα να τις πετάξουμε. Επίσης, είχα ζητήσει τηλεφωνικός σίδερο για τα ρούχα και ενώ με είχα διαβεβαιώσει ότι θα βάλουν, όταν έφτασα στο κατάλυμα δεν υπήρχε. Τέλος, μια όμορφη πινελιά (προαιρετική πάλι) θα ήταν να υπήρχαν στο ψυγείο 1-2 μπουκαλάκια νερό διότι ερχόμασταν από μακρυά και δεν ήταν εφικτό να πάμε να αγοράσουμε απευθείας πριν καν τακτοποιήσουμε τα πράγματα μας.

Ne bih ponovo rezervisao ovaj apartman.

Lepo renoviran apartman ali u staroj zgradi.

Apartman se nalazi na 2,5km od Bele kule u jako zapustenom kraju,skoro kao u getu.Nemate mesta za parkiranje a privatne garaze koje navodno rade 24h- ne rade......osim Grand parkinga.Apartman je rezervisan za 3 osobe.....2 odrasle + dete od 15 godina a namesten je samo francuski lezaj za 2 osobe.....za krevet koji se razvlaci u dnevnoj sobi,nije ostavljena postaljina i jastuk za trecu osobu.Takodje i peskiri su ostavljeni za dve osobe.Nije bas najbolje očišćen,na krevetu su nadjene duge crne zenske vlasi kose kao i na par mesta oko kreveta,kao i crne kratke muske dlake na krevetu( nisu nase,nemamo crnu kosu).

3 oda tuttuk sadece birinde sıcak su problemi vardı onun haricinde herşey mükemmeldi. Ama belirmek isterim her ne kadar tesis tamamen yenilense de sonuçta içinde bulunduğu bina çok eski ve kullandığı asansör hiç güven vermiyor

お部屋はほぼ新居のように新しく、とても広いです。静かで快適で、特にベッドの寝心地は今まで泊まった宿の中で一番よかったと思います。寝室とリビングがパーテーションで仕切られていて、それぞれの空間を快適に過ごせました。また、アテネからブルガリアに陸路で向かう途中でこの宿に宿泊したため、駅から徒歩すぐの距離にあるのもありがたかったです。近くには24時間のコンビニもあり、少し歩けば飲食店もたくさんあります。とても便利な場所です。

他の方も書かれていますが、Wi-Fiはありません。到着前にオーナーから入室案内のメッセージが届き、そこにWi-Fiネットワークとパスワードの記載もありますが、そのWi-Fiネットワーク自体が存在しません。問い合わせの連絡をしても一切返信はありません。Booking.comのWi-Fi有りの表記を削除して欲しいです。また、部屋の設備は全て新しいですが、必要な備品が一部ありません。キッチンに食器と電子レンジと冷蔵庫はありますが、フライパンや鍋や包丁、調味料などの調理器具はありません。シャワールームにはタオルはありますが、ボディソープや石鹸、シャンプー類はありません。TVはありますがWi-Fiが繋がらないので何も映りません。音楽だけが流れてきます。また、部屋はリノベーションしていて新しいのですが建物自体はかなり古く、入り口は廃ビルのようです。夜一人でこのビルに入るのは怖いと思います。 ■オーナーの説明に従ってもうまくいかなかったこと： 1, 建物の中に入ると正面のエレベーター2基は使えず、右奥にあるエレベーターだけが3階に行きます。 2, 3階でエレベーターを降りて左に行き、突き当たりをさらに左の奥まで進んだところが該当の部屋です。 3, ガスを使うには室内のパネルの下にあるスイッチを押すだけです。しばらく待つと点滅が点灯に変わりお湯が出ます。 4, 上記の通り、Wi-Fiは使えません。

Δυσκολευτηκαμε να ανοίξουμε τον θερμοσίφωνα καθώς δεν αρκούσε να ανεβάσουμε το ρελε τέρμα δεξιά (όπως έλεγαν οι οδηγίες) αλλά ανακαλύψαμε τυχαία οτι έπρεπε να πατήσουμε κι ένα κουμπί κάτω από τον ρελε, δεδομένο που δεν υπήρχε στις αρχικες οδηγίες. Αποτελεσμα ήταν να κάνουμε μπάνιο με κρύο νερό την ημέρα της άφιξης μας.
