It was centrally located and appeared to be clean

Wrongly advertised as having a kitchen which is why it was chosen. It had a sink, kettle and fridge. After complaining we were moved to a room which also had a one fire mobile hob and 1 pot. Also available 2 of each cutlery and plates . The definition of kitchen is a more equipped set up. I appreciate people never complain about it because they don t care for the kitchen but if you advertise it you have to provided. Bathroom was in bad condition with shower door missing and substituted by a mop to clean up after showering. It was not meant to be a wetroom but designed as a regular bathroom with a missing shower door. Towel hooks broken. Remote control needs new batteries. The choice of international channels is 2 news channels. There were very noisy building works going on and you need septic tanks tablets for the smell in the bathroom . We Didn t pay a lot for it but the price was in line with other properties in the area. In my opinion if you don t provide what you advertise you need to make refunds available even on the day. Would be fair to the customer.

The bed linen was clean and neatly made. There were hand towels and large bath towels provided, as well as a floor towel in the shower area. The shower had hot water, and it was comfortable to take a shower. Small shower gels were also provided. In the kitchen, there was a kettle and a small stove. We only used the kettle and cups — we had tea in the evening.

We stayed in these apartments for one night because we had an early flight, and it was very important for us to get a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately, our specific room — No. 10 — turned out to be very noisy. First, the mini-fridge in the room was very loud. The property representatives offered to move us to another room, but we were already in our pajamas and about to sleep. Since we had to wake up at 4 a.m., we didn’t want to pack everything and change rooms. In addition to the fridge, Room 10 is located very close to the elevators — one of the walls is right next to the elevator shafts. Every time someone called the elevator, the room became even noisier. Maybe this is less noticeable during the day, but at night the noise is very noticeable. So if you are a light sleeper and it’s important for you to rest well, it’s better to ask in advance not to be placed in Room 10 — it’s near the entrance and shares a wall with the elevators. Now about the apartments themselves. They are located on the fourth floor of an office building. The room felt quite dark — it lacked an additional light source, such as a floor lamp or softer ambient lighting. Some downsides in the bathroom: there was no shower curtain, so after showering the entire floor became wet. We had experienced the same in another hotel in Thessaloniki before — maybe it’s a local feature. In our bathroom, the towel holder was broken, and there was only a small hook, which was also loose and needs to be fixed more securely. The shower cabin lacked a small shelf to place shampoo, shower gel, and other toiletries.

Unfortunately, we had to deal with a representative named Dimitra Chali, and the communication experience was extremely negative. When we called her, she rudely said she was busy and told us to write instead. When we asked for support regarding the address and parking, she responded again with an unpleasant and inappropriate tone. She replied to messages only after 3–4 hours. She was one of the most uncomfortable and unprofessional people we have ever had to communicate with. The building is very old. The elevator is definitely not safe; my spouse and I got stuck in it. As a result, we had to walk up and down four floors constantly during our stay. At first glance, the price may seem affordable, but in terms of communication, hygiene, and overall comfort, it is very poor. We also experienced problems with hot water; we tried to call her, but she did not answer the phone. In conclusion, this place cannot be considered good value for money — it is actually expensive for the experience offered.

Good for its money

The room was good, also the location. Not very far from city centre and transport. The room was equiped with all appliances you need for the short stay.

There was no hot water (luckily, we stayed only for a few hours, so it wasn’t a big problem), and the toilet door couldn’t be locked.

Not as hoped.

Location of the apartment is ok. Bed is comfortable. Cleaning lady was nice. There is free parking in front, if you can manage to find it. There is no key, only code. It is clean.

Owner (or manager) didnt answer some of my questions, just sent me instructions how to check in and ignored question. Apartmant was in a old office building, floor where there are apartments where offices in the past. I guess that is why they have problem with pressure in the water pipes when you want to take shower. Elevators are dirty. For the furniture its mostly plywood, with cheap edging. Apartmant was little worn off( paint on the wall, cracks in the plaster, wood damged, etc), so I guess owners dont care to maintaine it. There are some cables that are sticking from the ground. Also there is no net on the windows so mosquito or fly can come in if you open window. Owners should thank cleaning lady for me not giving the lower grade.

The room was clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately the building itself its very old. I chose to take the stairs , 4 floors, because the elevators were very old. They probably were operating just fine; but didnt want to risk it. The location also is not great; it was in a main road and there were homeless people next to the entrance.

We had a very pleasant experience at Thessaloniki. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the city center, which made exploring Thessaloniki very easy. We were also lucky to find free parking nearby, which was a big bonus. The apartment was comfortable and well-situated. Would definitely recommend!

One minor downside was that the door insulation was a bit weak, so some noise from the corridor could be heard. However, it wasn't a major issue and didn’t significantly affect our stay.

Good for a short time stay

Not far from city center. Entrance to the building and to the room was easy, by using the code they sent us. As we stayed for one night and usually we were outside all day long to see the city, we only spent time for sleeping, so the room met out expectations. There are some parking lots very near. We payed a charge of 10 euros for parking overnight (from 3 pm to 9 am). Wifi was okay.

The couch was not very comfortable. Although the room had a modern view, some wooden furnitures were a little bit worn. Room has no balcony, and our room had a view of a narrow street, so you must consider this if you plan to stay more than a few days.

Although you can walk to restaurants it’s not that near to centre. the property is bot a building, it’s a floor of an office building. the door of the building is always open which means anybody passing by can reach directly to your room. you enter the room with a code which can be always the same and it doesn’t feel secure at all. I wouldn’t stay alone in this property. the room smelled cigarette terribly, if you’re a non smoker you can not sleep wlth that smell. Also the rooms are different than the pictures and the building entrance does not feel safe. I’ve been in Thessaloniki several tomea and there ara far more better places for this price. i would pay maybe a little more but stay at a proper hotel. Never here again!!

It was very clean, perfect and independant check in with an automatic lock. The location is acceptable near the center.

When you are reserving you don't know which room will you get. Since there are more rooms and firstly you see the best of them on the web it's kinda misleading. The room wasn't what we saw even though it wasn't so bad. I mean, for the price i expected what i saw.

lovely studio , walking distance to Marina and City centre . all electronic access worked very well . contemporary interior design . area appeared slightly rough ( a lot of graffiti ) but we felt safe and very comfortable . ( don't miss Sebrico restaurant - 10 mins away with surprisingly good local greek cuisine . )

Don’t have private parking as it shows on booking, you need to find near by or go to a separate private parking. Also, the building itself and surroundings are not that welcoming. Strange people especially in the back area.

Clean and smartly designed. Good location (10 - 15 minute walk from the centre) with plenty of on street parking in surrounding streets and paid car parks.

Bathroom doors were missing but that wasn’t much of an issue to be honest. The building and area can feel somewhat dodgy especially at night but we did not have any issues.
