Reservation management support is good,
15 minutes from the center with walking,
Room; smart tv, free wifi, kettle, toaster
The elevators are old,
finding free parking is very difficult,
the refrigerator is very noisy at night.

Photos are not real, the furniture older than it looks in the picture. The bathroom is not the same at all

It was centrally located and appeared to be clean
Wrongly advertised as having a kitchen which is why it was chosen. It had a sink, kettle and fridge. After complaining we were moved to a room which also had a one fire mobile hob and 1 pot. Also available 2 of each cutlery and plates . The definition of kitchen is a more equipped set up. I appreciate people never complain about it because they don t care for the kitchen but if you advertise it you have to provided. Bathroom was in bad condition with shower door missing and substituted by a mop to clean up after showering. It was not meant to be a wetroom but designed as a regular bathroom with a missing shower door. Towel hooks broken. Remote control needs new batteries. The choice of international channels is 2 news channels. There were very noisy building works going on and you need septic tanks tablets for the smell in the bathroom . We Didn t pay a lot for it but the price was in line with other properties in the area. In my opinion if you don t provide what you advertise you need to make refunds available even on the day. Would be fair to the customer.
