Excellent for a short term stay, great value for money

The flat was very clean, cosy and had everything you need, even an ironing board. Small details were thought of, such as storing a large bottle of cold water in fridge. Location was great, a cheap parking garage could be found nearby if you need it. The host had excellent communication and could also provide us with early check in

Beautiful apartment, clean, cosy and well positioned for a walk to the center.

It is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to train station, a bus stop, a metro station, market and cafes. Our host was very kind and helped us with everything we ask.

Somewhat sketchy area, but apartment is nice

The location IS close to the train station. The bed was comfy. They allowed me to store my luggage after check-out so I didn't have to haul it around with me for hours.

Across the street, it looks like a flop house. Kind of scary. The streets from the train station to the apartment will be rough on your suitcase wheels - also be very careful with google maps.

Great if you only need a bed to sleep. Close to the center

It is next to the train station and 15 minutes to the paralia and center, by foot. Everything is new and modern, and very proper. Check in super easy. And communication also very easy and super friendly. If you only need a nice room to sleep and shower and make some coffee it is perfect.

Nice rooms and great host, setting could be better

The rooms were well equipped, the host was very responsive and cooperative, we accieentally booked the wrong room but he worked with us to transfer us to the one we wanted, once it became available. The rooms were clean, the kitchen was fully equipped and there is a washing machine and dryer available for use with a small waiting area.

The apartments themselves were located inside a building that has other residential unit, and although the facility itself is in a gated, clean quarter, you had to walk through the building which was pretty dirty and smelled very bad at times. Again, this isn't the part that belongs to the facility, but has to be used to get to it, so it is kind of part of the experience.

This is my place whenever I'm in Thesalonikki. Great accommodation ❤️

The apartment was superbly finished with VERY comfortable bed and bed sofa and air-conditioning unit. Very very pleased with this apartment. It's also 5 mins walk to central train and bus station. 20 mins walk to LAdalika (main food district). Buses are regularly too. Host response time is SUPER prompt. 👍🏾

Room insulation not great as you could easily hear what's going on in the other rooms (not that it bothered me).

The location is great, the apartment was very clean and modernly furnished. The check-in and check-in instructions were easy and the host responsive.

- We felt a little bit deceived regarding “the view”. We stayed in the junior suite and from the booking photos you couldn’t see outside because the photos were overexposed in the windows area so you could’t see what was outside. Upon arrival we realised that the room overlooked a very dirty and depressing looking back of a building. The accommodation should showcase the fact that you cannot see the sky! -The window blinds were broken so we had to sleep with a very powerful light from the building near us pretty much in our eyes all night. - The humidity in the room was outrageous. They provided a dehumidifier but it was to small for the job at hand.

It was very noisy , the room is not well isolated and you can hear people moving and walking next door and in the halls , also there is a disco nearby which you can hear vibrations and bass from .

My stay in Boho Central Suites was an absolute delight! The vibrant and eclectic decor created a warm and inviting atmosphere that was both cozy and stylish. The attention to detail, from the mismatched furniture to the artistic wall hangings, added a unique charm that made the apartment feel like a true Bohemian haven. The location was perfect, nestled in a lively neighborhood near the city centre. Check in is fully automated and host is eager to help whenever necessary. Parking is free on the neighborhood streets and it is also very easy to find a parking spot. The affilated cafe Kook offers a delicious breakfast for 6 €. I couldn't have asked for a more immersive and memorable Boho experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to embrace the city of Thessaloniki in a cozy and inspiring setting!

Η πολυκατοικία και το ασανσέρ. Χρειάζεται επισκευή ή κεντρική κολόνα της πολυκατοικίας. Σε περίπτωση σεισμού θα υπάρξει σοβαρό πρόβλημα. Χρειάζεται άμεση επίλυση όχι εμφανισιακά αλλά στη βαση οι κολώνες χρειάζονται επισκευή

Gute Wohnung in einem miserabel Haus

Die Wohnung war relativ gut ausgestattet.

Das Haus, wo die Wohnung sich befindet hat, war in einer sehr schlechtem Zustand: Kabel liegen überall, Leitungen waren überall zu sehen und außerdem war auch sehr dreckig. Auch wenn die Boho Wohnungen sich in einer eher separaten Teil des Hauses befindet haben, fand ich das Haus in einem miserabel Zustand.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, thanos war super kooperativ und freundlich. Er antwortet sofort und ist somit erreichbar. Gutes schönes sauberes Zimmer !

Η πολυκατοικία είναι εμφανισιακά χαλια μέχρι να φτάσεις στα ανακαινισμενα διαμερίσματα. Το διπλό κρεβάτι πολύ άνετο αλλά οι καναπέδες πολύ άβολοι για ύπνο.

Θα αξίζει 10 με κάποιες μικρό επεμβάσεις

Ανακαινισμένος χώρος, με γούστο και μεράκι. Η τοποθεσία πολύ βολική και εύκολο σημείο για εύρεση πάρκινγκ δωρεάν επί του δρόμου. Δεν χρειάστηκε να πάμε στο ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ. Ο υπεύθυνος ευγενικός, εξυπηρετικός και απαντά άμεσα.

Σε κάθε άλλη περίπτωση θα έβαζα 10!! Όμως δυστυχώς η άνεση του ύπνου είναι βασικό στοιχείο για μας και παρόλο που έχει μεγάλο κρεβάτι, με απαλά και καθαρά σκεπάσματα το στρώμα ήταν τόσο υπερβολικά μαλακό που βούλιαζε ο ένας στον άλλο. Ως αποτέλεσμα να ξυπνάμε με πόνους στη μέση. Επίσης τα παράθυρα δεν έχουν παντζούρια, αλλά στόρια, τα οποία δεν συσκοτίζουν το δωμάτιο. Επομένως με το που έβγαινε ο ήλιος είχαμε θέμα. Πρόταση αν επιθυμεί ο υπεύθυνος ας βάλει κουρτίνες συσκότισης.
