I like the fact that we had everything we need in the apartment. Basic cooking equipment, towels, hairdryer. The location was very good as well, Supermarket was just around the corner. Also the fact that the apartment was not so far away from the "main" street and city center in general, was very nice as well. And if you didn’t want to walk, there was a metro and a bus station right around the corner as well.

The communication was easy and very helpful

The area is a bit sketchy. A guy rang the doorbell early in the morning, which was scary. The photos are far from reality. The room was small for three people and very cold, in spite of the air condition. There were no warm duvets for the beds. There was only one roll of toilet paper, for three people, for three days.

The bed was really uncomfortable and the fold out couch/bed was even worse. Not a good night's sleep.

If you only need a place to sleep then it is good, but the walls are thin and the bed is only 140cm.

Good location. The neighborhood was close to the metrostation, bakery, and shop. Easy check in and out.

I originally booked the accommodation for two people, as at the time it was uncertain whether I would be able to take time off work. Unfortunately, I couldn't cancel the accommodation, we stayed here... Later, when I found out I could join, I contacted the host in advance to ask if three of us could stay. The host confirmed that it was possible, but mentioned there would be an extra charge for the third person. This was surprising, as the price shown on Booking.com was exactly the same for two and three guests, and there was no indication of any additional fee. Upon arrival, we were charged an extra €90, which I find unfair. The room itself was not ideal for three people: the sofa was uncomfortable, and the bed was only 140 cm wide, which is quite small for two adults. It is unfortunate that the pricing was not transparent, as this negatively impacted an otherwise pleasant trip. It was very difficult to find a parking spot.

A great place to stay in Thessaloniki.

It was very clean and organized with lots of space. It is also very close to the bus stop and doesn’t take long to go to the centre with the bus. The staff was also really friendly and helpful.

Clean apartment & good location

+ Location: Easy to walk everywhere and near buses + The apartment itself was very clean + Very good instructions with photos for key pickup, check-in was easy even though we arrived in the middle of the night + Supermarket and gyros places just around the corner

It’s very well situated, it was clean and very nice apartment with everything you really need for a comfortable stay.

They next door to the entrance there is a weird place. Also, at the next apartment we shared the wall, they were getting back by 2am screaming and making a lot of noise. The bed/mattress was quite uncomfortable.

The place is new, very clean and comfortable. Located 10-15 min walk from the Cory center and the sea bank. The bus stop with the buses to the airport is also like 500-600m away

The apartment is located in an old and shabby building. And a little bit confusing with the floors. In the instruction it is said the 2nd floor, although in Ukrain le it is considered the 4th:)

Exceptional

The accommodation is great! Everything in it is basic but functional and new. Hygiene is at an enviable level. The instructions for retrieving the key were simple, precise and timely. Don't be fooled by the fact that the street is obscure, just around the corner is the city center with great restaurants and Mikel who is open even on Sundays. I highly recommend and will definitely stay at this place again on my next visit to Thessaloniki.

The property was clean and comfortable and had everything you needed. The location was really central as well. The host messaged well ahead of time with a very detailed explanation of the check in process and what each key did which made the whole process very easy.

The air conditioning was pretty average and the apartment was very hot as a result, this on a 40 degree day wasn’t very nice.

Easy access to the apartment, easy check out. Communication with the owner was easy and correct. Refurbished apartment for easy and on budget stay in Thessaloniki. Walk distance to the city center and easy to get around the area. A lot of sights in the walking distance.

The apartment is not in the best neighbourhood, no parking places if renting a car, no parking garages around or weird opening hours (or system for parking).
