Cozy room for an affordable price

Nice cozy room suited for one person or a couple. Clean room and bathroom with amenities like mini fridge and an electric kettle. Option to have breakfast for an affordable price. Easy check in and check out process. Good communication from reception, who quickly resolve any grievances. Good location close to busy areas. It's a good value place to stay.

The walls aren't sound proof and are quite thin. Rooms are adjacent to each other so, you're able to hear people snoring, every word in their phone conversation and doing other things you'd rather not hear while you're trying to relax.

Boho Rooms Thessaloniki exceeded our expectations! The place was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable — everything was perfect for our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent for exploring the city.

The only small downside is the lack of dedicated parking, but that’s understandable since it’s not included in the price. Overall, highly recommended!

We had paid for breakfast (they provide it in the form of lunch boxes) but the second night they provided only 1, and we were 2 people. I had to write/call and explain the mistake, which took more than an hour waiting for the food to get delivered to us.

Dollhouse-perfect, except for the internal sound insulation

I absolutely loved it. I had a day and a half in Thessaloniki between flights and the single room was like a tiny perfect nest, with everything thoughtfully planned for maximum practicality and aesthetics. It's right next to the train and bus station but the air quality is as good as can be expected in Thessaloniki.

Peace and quiet depends completely on the neighbours. The ladies in the next room came back late both nights and firstly stood out in the corridor having a loud conversation, and then when I asked them (a few times), went into the room but then had a little celebration that I could hear every loud word of while trying to get some sleep before the flight. Sound insulation between the rooms would help, as would large, prettily designed signs in the corridors and rooms. Also, if you're planning to walk around at night, I would check if the neighbourhood is safe. Usually that's the downside of places conveniently close to stations.

Overall, it’s a decent budget-friendly option, but with a few things to keep in mind.

The room was small but well-equipped and fairly clean, which made it comfortable enough for a short stay. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which I really appreciated. Overall, it offered good value for money considering the price.

The room had visible mold on the ceiling, which was concerning. The view from the balcony wasn’t particularly nice, and the neighborhood felt a bit deserted and slightly unsafe at night – not ideal if you're planning to return late. Parking is available on a public lot nearby, but depending on the time of day, finding a spot can be tricky and may require a longer walk.

Everything worked great 😊 Wifi worked well, there was always hot water, it was really clean, the room had a balcony, the location was great for me, the room had a kettle, I thought the breakfast was really good 😋 The manager was very nice and the communication worked really well, I also appreciate the flexibility 🙏 All in all, a perfect package!

Great place for a stopover in Thessaloniki

This is a perfectly arranged and perfectly clean room with all necessary facilities (including hair dryer, small fridge with a bottle of water and even an electric gadget against mosquitoes) for a stopover for a night or two, as in my case. Check-in is done following instructions by the owner, who is permanently available by phone to help. Even good breakfast included, downstairs. Very hearty recommendation for those needing only a bed for a night or two.

LOVED THE BALCONY... THE ROOM WAS COOL ALL DAY LONG THE APPARTMENT WAS VERY SECURE AND I FELT SAFE GOING OUT AND COMING IN AT ALL TIMES EVEN AT NIGHT CLEANLINESS AND RESPECT FOR THE CLIENT

SINGLE ROOM FOR ONE PERSON PERFECT.... BUT A COUPLE OF TOWELS AND NOT JUST ONE ARE HIGHLY ADVISED AND RECOMMENDED THE KOOK GUY WAS SIMPLY ARROGANT AND ILL MANNERED, HARDLY SMILED AT ALL, DIDN'T BOTHER TO SHOW ME TO THE LUGGAGE CABINETS... JUST TOLD ME HE COULD SEE THEM FROM WHERE HE STOOD AND THAT IF I TRIED HARDER I D MANAGE TO SEE THEM MYSELF

The room was small but funcional and the great thing is that it has a terrace. Breakfast was great, the employees at Kook restaurant were super nice. Communication with the host worked great via messages, check-in and check-out worked without problems. Internet was very fast.

The surroundings around the hotel are not the cleanest. It is quite loud in the street at night, so it is not really possible to sleep with an open terrace.

I liked that the room was very big and clean, it has its own kitchen and refrigerator. Also the terrace is so big and cozy. The air condition is working extremely good. The staff during our stay were very polite and at our service for any question. Also, there is a option of free parking in front of the hotel, which was very important for us since we were travelling by car. The food was very good too and not expensive. Everything in the room is as it is on the photos. If we ever visit Thessaloniki again, would go back to this hotel. ☺️

The location from the center of the city is a bit far (near 2 km), but as we like to walk it wasn't a big deal for us.
