L'emplacement est très bien. Clim fonctionnelle. Au calme. La propriétaire est arrivée peu de temps après notre arrivée pour nous donner les clés. Très bon rapport qualité prix

La salle de bain est petite et la douche mouille toute la salle de bain. A l'arrivée, difficile de trouver le bon immeuble, le numéro n'est pas facilement visible

SUPER RECOMENDABLE

El apartamento amplio, cómodo, con todo lo que nuestra estadía necesitaba. El barrio lindo, a 30 metros de una avenida importante, muy concurrida, muy transitada. Con comercios de todo tipo, cafeterías, restaurantes,, farmacias, taxis, a 100 metros una estación de Metro, a 500 metros de la terminal de buses. En resumen, una ubicación privilegiada. En nuestro caso y debido a un accidente tuvimos que quedarnos más días, lo que fue comprendido por el propietario y nos permitió quedarnos unos días más, hasta que mi esposa recibiera el alta médica. Quería destacar este aspecto humano que fue más importante que el comercial.

Me hubiera gustado el baño un poquito más grande. Pero es sólo un detalle. Entre todo lo positivo, es un detalle que no opaca para nada al apartamento en sí mismo y todo lo que brinda.

Wenn man versucht immer das Glas halbvoll zu sehen und nicht immer kritisch war's okay...suma sumarum,es gibt nichts nennenswerte zu bemängeln!
