Reality is different from the pictures

- the entry door doesn’t entirely close. There is 1 cm gap even when the door is locked which leads to hearing all the noise from the other rooms (as the entire first floor of the building is converted into this kind of small studios and there is a hall between all of them) - the room was dirty and it was clearly visible someone used the toilet very recently if you know what I mean - the bathroom shower head was broken - the glasses in the kitchen cupboard were full of dust - the AC’s external body is hidden inside a cupboard next to the sofa. This cupboard is slightly opening when there’s wind and is loud. You can hear it banging all the time. - I asked my reservation to be postponed for another day during the year whenever it’s possible. The host said it wasn’t possible and there aren’t any other options available (no voucher for future use or anything) - I was sent the check in details at 14:30 at the day of the reservation. I find this extremely unprofessional. You have no idea if someone will welcome you or not until the last moment. - Finally, there were huge dog’s excrements on the stairs between the first floor and the ground floor/entrance of the building which NO ONE cleaned for 3 days!!!

Το κτήριο που βρισκόταν το κατάλυμα , η έλλειψη καθαριότητας και οι ελλείπεις παροχές ! Σκόνη υπήρχε παντού ( ιματισμό , τραπέζια , κουζίνα κτλ) η οποία μας προκάλεσε δύσπνοια . Το καπάκι της τουαλέτας αμφιβάλλω αν το είχαν απολυμάνει καθώς η ντουζιέρα ήταν γεμάτη άλατα και βρωμιές . Η παπλωματοθηκη μέσα στη ντουλάπα είχε μαυρίλες και τρίχες όπως φυσικά και σε όλα τα σεντόνια . Ο καναπές ήταν εντελώς βρώμικος με σκόνη !

Ποτε ξανα ηταν ολα χαλια. Αρχικα ολο το κτηριο μυριζε χορτο, το ανσανσερ δεν δουλευε καν ( οποτε ηθελα δουλευε). Μας εφεραν ΜΟΝΟΝ 1 χαρτι υγειας για 4 μερες για 3 ατομα και οταν τους ζητησαμε να μας φερουν μας ειπαν δεν δικαιουμαστε και οτι μονο 1 δικαιουμαστε και επισης τους ειπαμε και για το χορτο και δεν πηραμε καμια απαντηση απολυτως… πραγματικα ηταν ολα απογοητευτικα δεν θα το προτιμισουμε ποτε ξανα και το τοιλετ μυριζε πολυ ασχημα κ ο εξαερισμος δεν δουλευε καν! ΑΠΑΤΕΩΝΕΣ

L'emplacement, les équipements.

Pas de place pour manger à 2, une seule chaise, le lit collé au mur, le bruit du couloir dû, entre autre, au jour de 3cm sous la porte. La propreté plutôt basique, le ménage mériterai d'être plus minutieux. Un seul jeu de serviette c'est trop juste, elles sont humides le lendemain, pas agréable. Aucun produits et accessoires d'entretien. Les vitres ne sont pas faites. Enfin, pour ceux qui aime la vue, attention c'est sur l'arrière de l'hôtel holliday inn.

Από τη στιγμή που μπήκαμε στο δωμάτιο υπήρχε έντονη, αποπνικτική μυρωδιά τσιγάρου, παρά το ότι ο χώρος υποτίθεται πως ήταν έτοιμος να μας υποδεχτεί. Τα κρεβάτια ήταν εντελώς άστρωτα, γεγονός που δημιουργεί σοβαρά ερωτήματα για το αν είχε γίνει οποιοσδήποτε καθαρισμός πριν την άφιξή μας. Στους τοίχους υπήρχαν εμφανείς λεκέδες και βρωμιές που έμοιαζαν με ούρα, κάτι που προκαλεί αηδία και είναι εντελώς απαράδεκτο για χώρο φιλοξενίας. Προσπαθήσαμε επανειλημμένα να επικοινωνήσουμε με τους υπεύθυνους, όμως δεν απαντούσαν στο τηλέφωνο, αφήνοντάς μας χωρίς καμία υποστήριξη ή λύση. Η έλλειψη επαγγελματισμού και βασικής καθαριότητας είναι πλήρης. Σε καμία περίπτωση δεν ανταποκρίνεται στα στοιχειώδη πρότυπα υγιεινής και φιλοξενίας. Δεν το προτείνουμε και δεν θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά.

Το διαμέρισμα παραδόθηκε σε απαράδεκτη και ανθυγιεινή κατάσταση, η οποία δεν πληροί τα βασικά πρότυπα καθαριότητας . Συγκεκριμένα διαπίστωσα τα εξής: -Τα πατώματα ήταν πολύ βρώμικα και λερωμένα -Ο καναπές ήταν λερωμένος με υγρά που παραπέμπουν σε πρόσφατη σεξουαλική χρήση. -Το τραπεζάκι ήταν λερωμένο. -Ο κάδος απορριμμάτων ήταν βρώμικος και με εμφανείς λεκέδες. - Υπηρχε συσσωρευμένη σκόνη σε χαραμάδες και επιφάνειες, γεγονός που δείχνει παρατεταμένη έλλειψη καθαρισμού -Σκουπίδια από προηγούμενους ενοίκους στο ντουλάπι μέσα. -Ήρθαν την επόμενη μέρα για επιπλέον καθαρισμο και το μόνο που έκαναν,καθάρισαν τα υγρά από τον καναπέ . Οι κάλτσες μέσα στη σκόνη κ μετά τον επιπλέον καθαρισμο. -Ζήτησα κούνια και δεν με ενημέρωσαν ότι δεν υπάρχει διαθεσιμότητα κούνιας. -Αίμα στα σεντόνια -Σκουριασμένα και μέσα στα άλατα τα είδη υγιεινής της τουαλετας Τα παραπάνω αποδεικνύουν ότι δεν έγινε ουσιαστικός καθαρισμός πριν την άφιξή μας, γεγονός που καθιστά τη διαμονή μη αποδεκτή από άποψη υγιεινής και άνεσης. Τη τελευταία μέρα κατέβηκα από τα σκαλιά και αντίκρισα περιττώματα ανθρώπου στα σκαλιά,επειδή η εξώπορτα της πολυκατοικίας ήταν χαλασμένη και την ανοίγει όποιος θέλει. Απαράδεκτοι...ξενοδοχείο και πάλι ξενοδοχείο,ποτέ ξανά σε διαμέρισμα.
