Spacious and comfortable property however requires significant maintanance

Good value for a short stay, the property was very spacious with comfortable furniture including an additional sofa bed and a well equipped kitchenette. A 10-15min walk away from the city centre, the property was conveniently located to the central-west side of the city and linked with transport.

The room was spacious and comfortable however requires significant maintenance. Both the shower and bathroom sink were blocked up and constantly overflowing while the room’s door handle fell out straight away upon entering the room. A couple of lights were not in working order. The soundproofing in the building is also not ideal.

Unclean and bad Location

Aesthetically the room had new fittings, on first glance the room looks like the photos.

Mould (see images) Shower leaks Dirty lifts that appeared unsafe, one broke down for a minute while we were inside, one other had an out of order sign People talking or arguing outside the room every night of our 3 night stay Lamp not working No house keeping provided No pods for the coffee machine, one dirty coffee pod left from last person Hot water takes exceptional time to come through Out of companies control, but we found out the location is historically the red light distract, so as two young women we felt exceptionally unsafe in the area.

Comfortable and Clean

The hotel is clean and managed by friendly people. For security, you pass through three coded doors from the entrance. The managers are helpful; we wanted to leave our luggage in their office. Maria, the cleaning staff, is a very nice person. Take good care of her. Best regards...

Only the apartment is old and also elevator is old. No fire steps, because nexus on the 6th floor.

Needs more cleaning and maintenance

The room looks good at first look, well equipped and renewed.

We had a strong mouldy smell coming from both the air conditioning and the bathroom. There were also some hairs on the bed, no hot water in the shower, and the floor of the shower was flooded. In addition, the area feels a bit unpleasant at night.

Cleanest apartment we ever stayed. Everything was new and comfortable. Felt very cozy. Easy self check in and check out.

Just exceptional!!!

The room was clean and comfortable! The furniture and electric devices of the room were brand new! The property was near the Ladadika area and just a one-minute walk to the train station, which made our transportation even easier! Value for money price! Recommended 100%!

Decent

The apartment was nice we stayed only 3-4 days it had all we needed for that duration. In central location near metro and bus stops had everything under your feet basically. They even asked us if we’d like to have our towels replaced with new clean ones that was very nice since it’s not “hotel” so they didn’t really had to. -The room is exactly like in the pictures. -You can connect your Netflix or anything on the TV -The air conditioning was working perfectly -We had hot steaming water most of the time -They even provided complimentary 2 coffee capsules and 2 bottles of water can be useful if arrive late or tired -The check in and check out is very easy both faceless

For few days of stay I don’t really find anything bad about it - I’m not sure how a longer stay would feel

Everything is newly renovated, the location is great and there is no hassle with the hosts, as you check in and out on your own easily. Also there are many private parking options in the area which are right next to this place.

Great location in Vardaris !

Nexus aparments were very clean. There was everyting you need for a quick stay. The new metro is very close and the sea is 15 minutes by foot.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν κάκιστο , σχεδόν τίποτα δεν λειτουργούσε ακόμα και το ανσανσερ , ήταν πάρα πολύ βρώμικο καθώς ειχε λεκέδες στους τοίχους και στον καναπέ , οι νεροχύτες ήταν λερωμένοι και στις πετσέτες βρήκαμε βρωμιές . Έλλειπαν χερούλια από όλες τις πόρτες και τα air condition δεν λειτουργούσαν σωστά . Δεν υπήρχε WiFi .

Die Lage ist zwar zentral, aber zu dennoch nicht im Ausgehviertel der Stadt. Dieses liegt ungefähr 15 Gehminuten entfernt.

Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo blisko morza, centrum miasta oraz dworca. Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo sprawny, możliwość pozostawienia walizek po wymeldowaniu (lot mieliśmy późnym popołudniem).

Mici detalii care fac diferenta: zona foarte zgomotoasa din cauza traficului, in una din camere fata de perna era neschimbata, s-au gasit fire de par prin pat. Ar trebui acordata mai multa atentie la curatenie.

Cum arăta, a fost curat, nu am interacționat cu nimeni, am avut codurile de acces și atât, am avut pahare, tigaie, farfurii etc, tot ce aveam nevoie pentru a găti! Iar camera a fost foarte mare și liniște, recomand!
