Great location and clean, but needs urgent maintenance

The bed was very spacious and comfortable, and the apartment stayed warm thanks to decent heating. The flat was clean and felt spacious and had the basic amenities. Excellent neighborhood. It was easy to find parking, and there is a large supermarket just a 5-minute walk.

The apartment is in desperate need of maintenance. Several things fell apart or came loose the moment we touched them, including the clothes hanging bar, a shelf, and the bathroom door knob. There was some mold and rust in the bathroom and the shower head was detached from the wall. The walls are extremely thin we could hear the neighbors every time they used their bathroom. We were also woken up early in the morning on a Saturday after a long night due to some drilling on the upper floor.

Not very comfortable

The apartment is modern and centrally located, near the train station. There is no street noise but see below. I liked the coffee machine and the pillow. Excellent shampoo products, too. The windows could be opened. The fridge was clean. The WiFi was excellent. The manager was communicative. The check-in and out process went smoothly.

The lobby is dark and smelly. The lift is wobbly. The apartment walls are so thin I could hear the neighbors talking etc. One night they played loud music (or were having a party) till 1:30 in the morning. In the kitchen: The stove top was sticky and stained. The frying pan is scratched, the fridge is noisy. There is no tea towel in sight. A few appliances are missing (toaster, kettle, washing machine, microwave...). The TV hangs in the middle of the room and cannot be watched comfortably from any angle (even when turned around). The bed is jammed next to the window and is difficult to get into or out of - the TV is also in the way. The concrete floor is cold, the paint scratched. The bathroom is tiny, the shower door does not close properly. There are mold stains between the tiles. The washbasin drain smells - the smell became do strong in the evening that I wanted to go and find some other accommodation.

An excellent holiday for a couple

i liked the architecture of the place , it was clean . All room details were perfect

The A/C needed hours to worm the place . It would have been perfect enough to have an iron when you stay for some days in apartment. The light near the elevator sometimes didnt work and neighbourhood sometimes looked scary but its not owner fault 🤣

very stylish brand new studio apartment. Totally unique interior in comparison with the usual ones. Feels very comfort, safe, close to the central attractions of the city. You can visit city’s highlights walking. Clean and neat. Free street parking or a private one just around the corner.

Очень удобное расположение — рядом с железнодорожным вокзалом, а автобус из аэропорта останавливается буквально в нескольких шагах. В номере было всё необходимое, всё чисто, аккуратно и ухоженно. Просторное и уютное жильё, в котором приятно находиться.

Намира се на много комуникативно място, за 15тина минути се стига до площад Аристотел. Като размер е абсолютно достатъчно за 2ма души. Има всичко необходимо в апартамента! Интернета е повече от чудесен.

Апартамента е приличен, но има нужда от освежаване, определено на снимките изглежда доста по-добре. На места е доста захабен!
