3 beds listing but you can use only 2

We stayed at this property last week as a group of four (two singles and one couple). When searching for accommodation, we specifically filtered for places with three beds or more, and this listing showed as having three beds (two double beds and a sofa bed). Before arrival, I messaged the host to let them know we would be using all three beds, and kindly asked for the necessary sheets and pillows to be prepared for the sofa bed. The host only replied several hours later, when we were already on our way to the apartment, informing us that extra bedding would cost €5. I responded, explaining that the apartment was listed with three beds, and we weren’t asking for anything extra, we simply wanted what was already included in the listing. I also mentioned that all necessary equipment should be in the house before check-in. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the sofa bed had no sheets or pillow. While I was in the shower, the host showed up and charged my friends €5 in cash for the sheets, which he then handed over. I was furious when I found out, but by then he had already left. Even worse, he reportedly told my friends (in a sarcastic tone) that if we didn’t want to pay, we were free to find another place to stay. As if that would be possible at the last minute! In the end, we were so upset that we didn’t even use the bedding he brought. This experience left a very bad impression, and I believe it’s important for future guests to be aware that you might be charged extra for what is supposed to be included in the listing.

The property was very clean and a great value for the money as it has two bedrooms, large living room with a kitchen and very cosy balcony. All in all it was a great experience.

I enjoyed having the elevator

The location isn’t too great but you wouldn’t b know until getting there it’s a bit of a walk. There are no toiletries not even soap or more than two rolls of paper. The rooms are extremely hot.

La literie et les draps, coussins et couvertures. La propreté de l'appartement. Bons contacts et bonnes explications préalables de l'hôte via e-mail concernant la procédure à suivre pour récupérer les clefs lors de notre arrivée.

Manque de vaisselle. Pas de verre, pas de cuillère à café. Pas assez de casseroles ou de plats, ni de torchon. L'air conditionné/chauffage ne fonctionnait pas.Par contre, les radiateurs traditionnels fonctionnaient parfaitement. .

Trop bruyant a cause des voisins du dessus Impossible de dormir

Nous avons aimé l'appartement en lui même , équipement rudimentaire pour la cuisine , chauffe-eau éteint , nous avons finalement trouvé le plomb a relevé dans la boîte électrique .pas trop loin en voiture de la ville 11minutes .

Nous n'avons pas dormi des 3 nuits a cause des voisins du dessus qui ont fait un vacarme toutes les nuits enfants qui hurlent , courent, chaise trainées tout la nuit , engueulades à volonté, sèche cheveux a 2heures du matin. Des personnes ont sonné à notre porte vers 1h30am ,!! même après avoir acheté des boules quies , rien n'y a fait !! Nous étions avec un enfant de 6 ans et c'est franchement pas reposant pour entamer des vacances et une bonne journée.

Einrichtung sehr dreckig, Küchenutensillien sehr minimalistisch und dreckig, nicht für 4 Personen geeignet. Beschriebener Parkplatz nicht vorhanden, wenn man an der Straße einen findet Kein Ansprechpartner. Stundenweise keine Wasserversorgung. Lage: nicht sehr vertrauensvoll

Kocham Saloniki nocą

Mieszkanie świetnie wyposażone. Bardzo czysto w łazience i kuchni. Do centrum jechaliśmy 15 minut autobusem miejskim a wracalismy pieszo 25 minut. Sama uliczka na której jest budynek jest dosyć specyficzna, ale bezpieczna. Chłopaki pracujący na stacji benzynowej pozwolili nam zostawić samochód na noc na terenie stacji. To było bardzo przydatne

Top Apartment mit allem, was man braucht

Das Apartment war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und angenehm ruhig gelegen – nicht direkt im Zentrum, aber auch nicht zu weit entfernt. So konnten wir in Ruhe schlafen und hatten trotzdem nur ca. 1,3 km bis ins Zentrum, das wir bequem zu Fuß erreichen konnten. Ein großes Plus war der kostenlose Parkplatz direkt neben dem Gebäude. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, das Badezimmer modern und sauber. Das Apartment war insgesamt sehr geräumig und komfortabel. Auch die Klimaanlage, der schöne Balkon und der funktionierende Aufzug im Gebäude haben den Aufenthalt rundum angenehm gemacht. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert – wirklich top!

Eigentlich hat uns fast nichts gestört – alles war wie erwartet und sehr angenehm. Nur eine Kleinigkeit: Der Schrank im Apartment war zwar groß, aber leider nicht wirklich nutzbar für Gäste. Es gab keine Ablageflächen für Kleidung, sondern nur Stauraum für Dinge wie Staubsauger und andere Utensilien des Besitzers. Deshalb mussten wir unsere Kleidung im Koffer lassen, was für längere Aufenthalte etwas unpraktisch ist.

W jednej z sypialni nie było szafy na ubrania i nie działało w niej światło. Bardzo mały prysznic nie dawał możliwości umycia się bez zalania całej łazienki. Średnio wyposażona kuchnia. Wi-Fi bardzo słabe i niestabilne. Nie działała klimatyzacja, a na pożegnanie spod szafy w kuchni wyszedł karaluch.

Leuk appartementje om met z’n 4’en te zitten. Alles werkt naar behoren en de host was altijd snel bereikbaar.
