It was clean and spacious

The AC and the hot water cannot work simultaneously. This was quite inconvenient given we visited in December. We expected both basic amenities to function properly like every other property we stayed in the past.

Comfortable Apartment close to City Centre

- great location close to the city centre - clean and comfortable room with a big bed, fully equipped kitchen, a balcony with a nice view over the street, and a bathroom with a great shower - easy self check-in and check-out and good communication with the owners - there is an elevator so you don’t have to walk to the 6th floor

- the wifi was quite slow, especially the upload speed - maybe it would be nice if the kitchen had a few more cooking items, such as spices or olive oil. It would also be more ecological to have a jar of sugar / coffee etc. instead of individual packets

Great place near the centre

The location is great. Close to the centre and the sea promenade. 6th floor in Greece is a blessing for safety. The amenities were all in great condition. The WiFi worked well. We had a fresh cold bottle of water in the fridge which was a nice addition. Overall great experience

The lift in the building is very small so it's hard to fit with larger luggage or two people but better than having no lift at all. Tha bathroom is small and the shower head is very short, so taller people would have to squat a little fit under it, but it's the limitation of the building so no fault to the host!

Ήταν όλα τέλεια!! Πολύ καθαρό κατάλυμα, είναι πολύ προσβάσιμο σημείο έχει ακριβώς από κάτω στάση λεωφορείων και απέναντι υπάρχουνε στάσεις που μπορείς να πάρεις. Επίσης Αν δεν θες να πάρεις ταξί από το αεροδρόμιο για να φθάσεις στο κέντρο ειδικά σε αυτό το κατάλυμα μην το σκεφτείς ΚΑΝ!! μπορείς να πάρεις το λεωφορείο και να κατέβεις στην στάση Κολόμβου όπου και είναι απέναντι του δρόμου το κατάλυμα !! Σας το συνιστώ!!😊

Ζητησα να γινει λιγο νωριτερα το check in μου και το αιτημα μου ικανοποιήθηκε.

Το air condition ηταν ο μονος τροπος θερμανσης και λογω μεγαλου ψυχους δεν καλυπτε επαρκως

Super-locatie, aan de rand van het centrum en een fantastisch bed. Het appartement was ook zeer schoon.

De raambekleding had iets breder mogen zijn, dit bedekte niet het gehele raam.

Gute, zentrale Lage, sauber, Ausstattung wirkt recht neu.

Ein Teil der Duschkabine fehlte! Und der Abfluss vom Waschbecken lässt sich schwer öffnen. Tipp für nachfolgende Gäste: Den Schrank unterm Waschbecken öffnen und den Stöpsel an den Stangen dort hochschieben.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πάρα πολύ άνετο, σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία με όλα τα απαραίτητα. Ήταν σχετικά καθαρό αν και πιστεύω ότι το μπάνιο μπορούσε να είχε καθαριστεί λίγο καλύτερα (τρίχες μέσα στην ντουζιέρα και πάνω στον τοίχο), και οι κουβέρτα θα μπορούσαν να είχε πλυθεί. Το κρεβάτι ήταν πάρα πολύ άνετο. Επίσης εκτίμησα που η σπιτονοικοκυρά άφησε καφέ, ζάχαρη κλπ. Τέλος, οι στάσεις του αστικού είναι ακριβώς απέξω.

Το ασανσέρ είναι αρκετά παλιό και κολλάει, πράγμα που μπορεί να αγχώσει κάποιον που δεν το γνωρίζει. Επίσης θα εκτιμούσα αν το δωμάτιο μπορούσε να σκοτεινιάσει περισσότερο, ίσως με κάποια κουρτίνα στην μπαλκονόπορτα.

Esperienza straordinaria

Posizione centralissima, a pochi minuti a piedi da piazza Aristotele, ma incredibilmente silenzioso. Super pulito e confortevole, specialmente il materasso che ho trovato meravigliosamente comodo! Il panificio sotto casa, aperto h 24 nel fine settimana è stata la ciliegina sulla torta! Tutto era perfetto, tornerò sicuramente!

Die Lage ist prima. Sehr zentral. Alles sauber und ordentlich!

Wer plant mit Auto anzureisen oder einen Mietwagen hat, der sollte sich auf langes Parkplatzsuchen einstellen. Gebührenpflichtige Parkplätze gibt es, aber diese belaufen sich auf 30 Euro am Tag. Das sollte man bedenken. Der Kühlschrank war außerordentlich laut, so dass man nachts wach geworden ist. Das hat sehr gestört.
