Grt location, clean but just a little bit tight.

Hosts knew they had a broken washing machine and didn’t communicate this, then insinuated that the guest did something to the washing machine when we asked for instructions to use the machine. It wasn’t until that moment they owned up to say the machine wasn’t wkg. Trust & honesty is obviously not in their vocabulary. Why is this impt? Becos we booked this place becos they said they had a washing machine & good location in the description.
