Our apartment was very clean. It’s in a really good location, so everything is close. No noisy neighbours. We enjoyed our stay here! Landlord is great at communicating, no issue there. 😊

Nice cheap flat but don’t expect a great location

Great value for money. The bedroom is nice and so is the living room.

There was no way to keep up the shower head, and also no shower cubicle, just a very small wet room.

Der Aufenthalt war leider sehr enttäuschend. Das Sofa war schmutzig und wir konnten uns in diesem Zimmer überhaupt nicht wohlfühlen. Insgesamt wirkte das ganze Haus ungepflegt. Auch das Badezimmer war nicht sauber und machte keinen hygienischen Eindruck. Die Küche war ebenfalls sehr unhygienisch. Man hatte wirklich keine Lust, mit dem vorhandenen Besteck zu essen, weil alles schmutzig wirkte. Anstelle von richtigen Bettdecken oder frischer Bettwäsche bekamen wir dicke, wollene Decken, die zudem unangenehm gerochen haben. Die Situation war so unangenehm, dass wir dort nicht bleiben konnten und schließlich bei einer Freundin übernachten mussten. Insgesamt war die Unterkunft in einem inakzeptablen Zustand. Ich kann diese Unterkunft definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen.

Fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi değil. Daireye farklı farklı eşyalar yığılmış durumda. Mevcut eşyalar çok eski ve pis. Eşim de ben de müthiş bir bel ağrısıyla uyandık. Yatak çok konforsuz. Banyo yok. Hiç yok. Tuvalet o kadar dar ki ihtiyacınızı bile rahat bir şekilde gideremiyorsunuz. Duş almak zaten mümkün değil. Duş için takılan musluk lavaboyu bile kullanmanızı engelliyor. Lavaboya eğildiğinizde kafanız çarpıyor. Asansör ve park yeri sıkıntısı da cabası. Booking.com dan yer ayırtıp kaldığım en kötü yer oldu

Curat apartamentul a fost micuț, dar foarte confortabil și în 4 am putut sa ne desfășurăm activitatea și sa ne odihnim fără problema.

Atât de dificile au fost condițiile, încât am stat doar o noapte, deși am plătit două!

Fără mic dejun...

Baia! In primul rând, baia! Amenajată într-o încăpere atât de mică, sub 2 mp, cu o chiuvetă aproape inutilizabilă (30x20 cm!!!), fără cadă pentru duș, instalația de apă este veche și uzată, nu ai loc nici să te speli ca lumea, nici la chiuvetă, nici la duș, un mare disconfort, mai ales în această perioadă, când este foarte cald. Priveliștea de pe balcon este dezolantă... niște curți interioare murdare, ocupate cu tot felul de vechituri, blocurile din jur cu tencuiala căzută, unele cu parterul nelocuit... dormitorul nu are aer condiționat, doar un ventilator ineficient, liftul extrem de îngust, cu greu încap două persoane, nu are ușă (!!!), funcționează periculos... Într-un cuvânt: chin! Apropo, mi s-au luat banii cu aprox. 15 zile înainte! Cu proprietarul am comunicat numai prin mesaje what up!

Υπέροχο ταξίδι στην αγαπημένη μας Θεσσαλονίκη

Τα πάντα ήταν υπέροχα. Ο ιδιοκτήτης πάντα πρόθυμος και βοηθητικός ακόμα και σε ώρες που δεν πίστευα ότι θα απαντούσε στα μηνύματα μου. Το κατάλυμα είναι πάρα πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο. Η Θεσσαλονίκη είναι πραγματικά υπέροχη και σίγουρα θα επιλέγαμε ξανά το εν λόγω κατάλυμα.

Λίγο το ντους. Ο ιδιοκτήτης αν κάνει κάποιες αλλαγές και το μεγαλώσει λίγο προς τα πίσω θα μπορεί και να χρεώνει ακόμα περισσότερα.

Απαράδεκτο !

Τι να πρώτο πω! Δυστυχώς αναγκαστήκαμε να φύγουμε κ να πάμε σε άλλο ξενοδοχείο ! Ήταν πολύ πιο μικρό από τις φωτογραφίες , όλα τα πράγματα στην κουζίνα ήταν παλαιολιθικά κ το χειρότερο από όλα κ δυστυχώς δεν φαινόταν στην φωτογραφία δεν έχει ντουζιέρα ούτε μπανιέρα παρά εκεί που είναι η λεκάνη έχει δίπλα ένα τηλέφωνο ντουζ κ χωράει ισα ισα ένας άνθρωπος καθιστός να πλυθεί ! Κρίμα πολύ ! Φάγαμε μεγάλη ταλαιπωρία κ στεναχώρια μέχρι να βρούμε άλλο δωμάτιο !
