DISASTROUS EXPERIENCE! Unsanitary and Dangerous Conditions!

Absolutely everything was below any acceptable standard and a complete disappointment. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this property. SAFETY HAZARD: The most serious issue was electrical safety. The sockets were sparking, and the wiring looked makeshift and improperly insulated, posing a real fire hazard. It is unacceptable for a listed property to have such dangerous problems. Indescribable Filth: Upon arrival, we found a thick layer of dust covering everything, from the coffee table to the outdoor furniture. It was obvious that the property had not been cleaned for a very long time. HEALTH RISK: The filter of the TOYOTOMI air conditioning unit was completely black with filth and grime. As someone who suffers from a dust allergy, it was impossible for me to breathe properly, and turning on the AC would have been a direct threat to my health. Owner's Attitude: When I presented the owner with clear photographic evidence, she refused to acknowledge reality. She defiantly insisted that the apartment had been sanitized and was clean, despite the obvious proof. This showed a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. This stay wasn't just unpleasant; it put our health and safety at risk. A nightmarish experience.

Overall , very good apartment and hospitality

Big family apartment . There are 3 spacious bedrooms that can accommodate 7 people. The host is very friendly and helpful.

Indeed the apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. When we first entered the apartment , there was a smell . We opened the windows and then everything is ok .Some mattresses are not that comfortable .It would be great if the apartment was equipped with enough shampoo and shower gel , because the bottles were nearly empty.

Location of this appartment is just perfect - you are basically in city centre, there is a court yard with a number of restaurants nearby. Walk distance to basically all of the cultural monuments. Neighborhood seems nice, we had no issues at all. Appartment was clean and roomy, breakfasts were great, no complaints there. :)

Convenient settlement - the key is in the box with the code. A very pleasant hostess, we asked her to leave one of our suitcases with her for 3 days, because. we had to fly out and return to Thessaloniki again. The hostess agreed to help us and left the suitcase with her. Thank you very much. Apartment with a large stone terrace where you can walk around the apartment. The kitchen has everything you need, there are spices, coffee, sugar, oil. Recommend for family travelers or companies!

Totally recommend

This apartament has a great size, it was very clean and in a nice area. We found easily a parking spot and a place to eat lunch and breakfaat since there are plenty restaurants in just a few minutes walk. We will definitely rebook it for future visits in Thesaloniki.

There was a strong odor when we entered the house. The whole house was in disrepair. There were some things we didn't like about the cleaning. We weren't sure if some of the sheets were changed. In addition, the location of the house is not very close to the main center of the city. Another shortcoming was that the host we tried to reach on the first day and He did not reply to messages at the time.

The apartment looks ok. It has a spacious terrace.

There was no toilet paper. The stove was not working, and there was no coffee machine to make coffee in the morning. We couldn't find the internet netwoork. The floor of the entire house was very very dirty.

It was a nice stay, but the apartment picture did not meet our expectations

- location was great - had a huge terrace - the host was very attentive

- the pictures on the platform are old, the place has depreciated, specifically, the bathroom really needs to be renovated - another thing that made a really bad impression was that there was sand on the beds which supposedly were cleaned before we came - also in the booking was mentioned how many people we are but were not provided enough cover for the beds for all of us, we had to call and ask for additional ones

Nice clean modern apartment

Racist Neighbours!!! They kept turning off our electricity off from the mains, tried to physically fight with us and threw things at our door! When we told the Landlord he didn’t do anything about it on the contrary he was shouting at us!
