Host was very good at providing the instructions for check in especially that our flight was delayed to next day.

Apartment did not state the actual m2 size whereby we were in a max 35m2 apartment, with no kitchen (available is only the fridge, microwave and a coffee machine), with no sink. The sink actually is in the bathroom area - there is no privacy with glass doors in the bathroom and showering areas. Entire apartment is open space. Location was terrific - 15 mins to city center by foot. Superiorly clean and change of towels every day of our stay is a bonus.

I appreciated the quick and helpful customer service. The location is close to center area in Thessaloniki. The air conditioning worked very well, and the 6th‑floor apartment with a balcony had two AC units, two TVs, and a large fridge. Towels were changed every two days. Overall, the price matched the quality offered.

The apartment is on the 6th floor, and since it’s the top level, the elevator broke down twice during my stay. The customer service team did help by calling the technician, but it was still inconvenient. The apartment feels a bit improvised, with furniture and decorations that seem taken from different places. The most unpleasant aspect is that the shower is literally one step away from the bed in the bedroom — just a shower cabin placed next to the bed. The toilet is practically inside the kitchen area, and the sink used for the kitchen is actually the bathroom sink, positioned in the same space. The terrace should also be separated from the adjacent one, which belongs to an unoccupied apartment and looks neglected, affecting the overall impression.

Location and price

1. Location is good - there is a view to the st. Dimitriou Church from the balcony. Also lots of places to eat, have a coffee or buy groceries. 2. There is a coffee machine, but at least in our case only 2 capsules were provided.

1. The main and biggest problem is noise. Both from outside and inside. Thessaloniki is busy and this apartment is located on a boulevard, which means non stop honking and motorcycle engines. Inside the situation was not any better. Walls are made from cardboard. We could hear the neighbors talking even if it was not too loudly. 2. The apartment is very small, but what is ridiculous is that somehow the toilet and shower are in the kitchen, and the kitchen is in the bedroom, thus the air is always heavy and unpleasant. 3. The bed was waaay too soft for my liking. For my wife it was ok, but if you are a bigger guy, you will just sink. 4. I don't understand why there is no key to any of the doors. You have to constantly enter pin codes in order to get in. You have 3 doors and that can be very annoying if you go in and out. 5. Although we prepaid the apartment, we received info how to get in only at 15:10 h on the day of the arrival. Normally check in should have been from 14:30h. So we were waiting for 40+ minutes, had to write to them via booking, because nobody answered the provided phone. p. s. No parking space as well, there is a private parking next to the building, but they charge 15 euros per day. The apartment could be ok if yoh are a couple, but if you have a kid with you, find something better...
