EXCELLENT LOCATION - SAFE AND CLEAN

Location was excellent. Room is spacious well decorated and located in a very secure area. Right in the heart of the city. Next door excellen gyros restaurant. Close to the paid parking lot. Clean and comfortable. What else can i say? Stayed there with my 12y/o daughter and enjoyed it so much. Definitely recommended.

I loved the atmosphere of the two-bedroom apartment. It felt very welcoming. I had a cleaning service in the morning while I was out. There were plenty of clean towels and water bottles, and the heating was excellent.

However, at the entrance of the building there were teenagers sitting on the floor eating pizza. They were rude, and I had difficulty getting into the building. The balcony view wasn’t particularly impressive, and the bathroom had an unusual smell.

Worst place in Thessaloniki; terrible experience

Location, THE ONLY thing that was ok

This was by far the worst place I have ever stayed in Thessaloniki. The photos are completely misleading — in reality, the property is old, poorly maintained, and in urgent need of renovation. Several things shown in the pictures were simply not there when we arrived. The stay was extremely uncomfortable. Sleeping was almost impossible due to constant loud machine noise throughout the night, combined with music and other disturbing sounds coming from nearby rooms. There was no peace or quiet at all. Cleanliness was very basic at best and far below acceptable standards. The only positive aspect is the location — everything else was a disappointment. Definitely not worth the money and absolutely not a place I would recommend to anyone.

Great stay for our family – perfect location and comfort!

We had a lovely time staying at this flat as a family with our little one. The location was ideal for a one day trip—just a few steps from Nea Paralia, with plenty of cafes, delicious food, and more ice cream choices than we could try (our kid was thrilled!). The apartment was beautifully decorated in a contemporary style and felt very welcoming. Despite being near a busy avenue, the soundproofing was excellent, and we all slept peacefully. A great spot for families visiting the area—highly recommended!

The only small issue we had was with the drawers—the handles were a bit difficult to use, which made opening them a bit tricky. Not a big problem, but something to consider for future improvements.

- very centrally located in Tsimiski - everyday convenience stores easily reachable by foot - easy check-in & out, clear instructions - good communication with the hosts - very spacious, a lot of room for luggage - has an industrial-chic vibe - stable wifi for working / meetings - great balcony equipped with outdoor seating & protection nets - fairly clean all in all

- parking is really difficult, as it is with the whole of central Thessaloniki - apartment on the 1st floor was a bit dark, not a lot of light entering the space - some minor issues like the refrigerator not working, we had a cockroach in our room (not something the hosts can do anything about), the shower door doesn't close entirely

Nice experience

Actually we stayed in Paradox rooms, another property of the owner. They informed us tha was a sudden problem of gas leak with our room and offerd us the room in Paradox. The communication was very polite and correct. We liked the way they handeld the situation. Our room in Paradox was very nice, clean, comfortable and in a very good location. You have the view og Agia Sofia, close to paralia and every central places in Thessaloniki. We strongly recommend that place and if we visit again Thesalloniki w'll stay here.

As others have mentioned, there is no handle on the inner side of the bathroom door so it is difficult to close it. Our biggest disappointment was though the lock of the room’s entrance door. It is actually a bedroom lock/door and not an entrance lock. So it doesn’t feel safe and it is probably easy to break in. We didn’t have any valuables so it was not a problem for us but it did feel weird. The room is also quite dark.

Elegant Flat right in the city centre!

I liked the style of the apartment and it wasnt a tiny flat. Right in the city centre but it was not at all noisy, it was nice and quite. There was water and coffee and that was great!

The bathroom was a bit smelly and the bed I slept was kinda cricking.

Perfectly located in the center of the city. Near a wide variety of coffee shops, bakeries, and local restaurants. Easy walk to Hagia Sophia and the White Tower.

Central, modern and clean.

Everything was tidy, clean and stylish. The central location is a plus if you are traveling without a car and exploring the city at all times is very easy. The host was very helpful and polite. Despite the two minus points below, I would return again.

There was very loud music till 03:00 AM from a neighbouring floor/flat so I could not sleep (no clue if there is a bar or something like that in the building/next to it). Not the hotel's fault, but it was really loud and I had to get up at 04:00 AM for my flight which wasn't helping at all. Another minus was that a centipede came out of the shower, but again , what can you say, it's an old building with old plumbing probably.

This is a stylish apartment in the heart of Thessaloniki. It's still practical and has lots of storage options. The bathroom is great with a large walk-in shower. If you leave the apartment, you are directly in the city center. Great apartment to stay a few days!

Beautiful accommodation, stylishly furnished. No luxury, but practical and stylish. Air conditioning, microwave, coffee maker, elevator. Beautiful view from the balcony to the busy street.

A bit busy, but that's what you expect when you stay in the center. Parking on or around the street is a problem. About 200m outdoor parking, about 250m underground 12Eur from late evening to morning.

Very clean, unique decorations. Cool lighting. Spacious. Good speaker in the room and sound proofing.

Check in and check out is not as smooth as other places, and there is no actual person to contact if you need immediate help. At least, it doesn’t feel like that.
