The room had everything a guest needs for their stay and even more I can say! (air-condition, 2 coffee makers (filter and instant), iron, hair-dryer, fridge, water boiler, touch-pad device for simple cooking, kitchen utensils, mirror, bench). The wi-fi is very good and there is always hot water available. The location is awesome, just in the main market and walking distance from the city promenade and the White tower site. The prices also are reasonable, which is another plus of the property.

Just two things to mention: -I noticed that the check-out is usually at 12.00 to most premises while here the booking mentioned 11.00. Even though, the booking message mentions that we can request an extended check-out. I didn't place any request, I just mention it for the property to check it out in case of the booking message being mistaken. -There is no reception as I expected 😅 which makes it quite weird. In case of needing assistance there is nobody available in-person unless you call - you receive the call number with the booking confirmation (for example if the key locker isn't working or the tv channels were not tuned-this was the case in our room). We didn't face any issue as there was a lady welcoming us just at the time we arrived and we didn't stay in this much to care about watching tv. And, in addition, this is considered normal for rented rooms as the booking confirmation mentions "rooms" and not "hotel".

We stayed only for one night before our flight, but honestly, I would always come back to this place when in Thessaloniki. The location is superb, right on Tsimiski, just behind the White Tower, so you really can not ask for a better location. And although it’s on such a busy street, it was not noisy at all, which was a really nice surprise. The apartment itself is beautiful, with amazing decor. The bathroom is a great size, the bed was very comfy, and the kitchen had everything you could need, plus a Nespresso machine 😊. And the cleanliness… no words, everything was spotless. Also, being pet friendly was very important for us, so that was a big plus. Another really useful thing, especially if you have a late flight, is the baggage storage room. We were able to leave our bags safely and enjoy the city instead of carrying everything around with us, which made our last day so much easier. But most of all, the host, Jolene (I hope I got her name right 😄), was amazing. Communication was spotless. She was so kind and friendly and very responsive. You can really tell when someone cares about their place and their guests. We were only there for one night, but I would definitely stay here again without thinking twice. Highly recommended!
