Delmare Tiffany's Apartment

We booked the property in the very last minute before the New Year and despite some problems we spent a great time here. The location of the apartment is excellent! We were able to go everywhere by walking. The property is cozy and quiet. The host is very friendly and helpful. The people from the building are very helpful too. Thanks for everything!

We were family of four, but there are chairs, forks and cups only for two people. The main lamp in the bedroom doesn’t work properly.

Excellent location, at walking distance to the very center of the city and all the attractions. Comfortable enough for a family of three.

There is a need to upgrade many things in the apartment, which is a small investment. There were three of us, yet there were only two chairs at the dining table and not even a single chair elsewhere in the apartment. The doors (entry and bathroom doors) squeaked, and the night use would wake everybody. Not enough wall hangers in the bathroom for towels and clothes. The shower hose broke the first night, and we had to buy and fix it ourselves. There was no hot water upon our arrival - we had to turn on the boiler. The WiFi was poor, as we had to reset the router every now and then, etc.

Excellent location.

- the apartment is in the middle of the city center; - the host gave us free water and sweets; - the apartment was clean; - the sheets and towels were very clean; - the kitchen was sufficiently equipped, except the missing trash bin; - you can find nearby a lot of restaurants, shops and cafes.

- the AC worked, but it was not enough for the apartment. It was very hot inside and during the night it was terrible; - there was no door between kitchen and first room; - there was not a trash bin, except the small one from the bathroom; - the second balcony was very dirty and cannot be used; - the apartment smelled like building materials and we had the impression that it was under construction.
