Very good location. Great communication with owner, very precise instructions for finding and entering / leaving location.

Tiny room, everything in one place. We were 2 adults and a teenager, had barely any space to move around after we unfolded the second bed. Towels provided were microfibre type, barely wiped anything - shower problem overflowing into the small bathroom and making a puddle. It's OK for maximum one night for a passing by couple in Thessaloniki

The accommodation was very clean, and both the communication with the host and the check-in process were easy and straightforward. The location is excellent for exploring the city, and there is plenty of free street parking nearby. A special compliment goes to how well-equipped the apartment is. Although the space is small, it contains an impressive number of useful amenities, including a stove with a cooktop and extractor hood, a large and comfortable bed, a coffee machine, a washing machine, an iron, a hairdryer, and many other items that I did not personally use but could certainly be useful during a longer stay. I was genuinely impressed by how thoughtfully everything was arranged within such a compact space. The accommodation provides everything you may need, and even more. Highly recommended!

The only thing I did not quite understand was the word “Luxury” in the name. Apart from perhaps the chandelier, I did not notice anything particularly luxurious, although I may simply not be fully familiar with the modern definition of luxury. In any case, it did not affect my stay at all. :)

We loved how close it was to the city centre while being quiet enough to rest on the hot afternoons and evenings

It was a little small for 3 people, but definitely manageable. Everything else was good

Our stay at your place was very nice. It was great to have a balcony. A big advantage is the availability of kitchenware and a stove. The owner is very kind and helpful at all times. The location is also good. Thank you very much.

The elevator was very small—kind of funny. But we will remember it with a smile on our faces.
