Great property in so-so location. Safety concerns.

Very new building. Clean, well kept apartment, except for the bedsheets, but I was aware of this from the other reviews. It was way better than what I expected from the price! It’s a few minutes to supermarket Lidl, and no more than 10-15 minutes from the international bus station. It is however far from everything else like the beachside city center where it is more lively. It’s on the kind of backstreet where all these taxis are lined up waiting to be called, so I think what you make of this accommodation really depends on what you are in Thessaloniki for.

There is a creepy neighbor that has their door open 247 and I can not reach the apartment without passing in front of this room. Even if you do not use the elevator, you still need to pass in front of this creepy room. I feel bad for the owner of the rental property because it is not his fault at all, but woman staying alone needs to be aware of this situation.

The apartment is near the Macedonia bus station and a supermarket is nearby too. It was clean and had every item you need in the kitchen and bathroom.

It advertise that is a no smoking establishment but it is not. Apartment stunk of cigarettes. Washed but old towels. Linen on bed was old and only one sheet.

Το σπίτι ήταν πανέμορφο κ πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένο. Ο οικοδεσπότης εξυπηρετικότατος, ευγενέστατος κ πρόθυμος να μας βοηθήσει σε όλα.

Το μόνο που δε μας άρεσε ήταν η έντονη μυρωδιά του τσιγάρου σε όλο το χώρο. Ο οικοδεσπότης έχει κάνει φιλότιμη προσπάθεια να αφαιρέσει τη μυρωδιά, είναι κάτι που φαίνεται με τα διάφορα καθαριστικά κ αρωματικά χώρου που έχει τοποθετήσει κλπ, απλά ίσως να την αισθανθήκαμε έντονα λόγω του ότι είμαστε οικογένεια μη καπνιστών. Όπως και να έχει το σπίτι είχε πολλά άλλα θετικά κ είναι κρίμα να χάνει επειδή ίσως προηγούμενοι ένοικοι να μην σεβάστηκαν το χώρο κ να κάπνιζαν μέσα.

Ideale Lage für Busreisende, ca. 5 min zu Fuß vom Busbahnhof entfernt, wo die Fernbusse und der Flughafenbus ankommen bzw. abfahren. Kleines Apartment im 1. Stock mit großem Balkon zum Innenhof, ruhig und gute, neue Matratze auf dem Bett. Gute Kommunikation mit der freundlichen Vermieterin, uns würde sogar ein kostenloses Late-Check-Out angeboten.
