Small beautiful apartmant

Very small beautiful apartmant in centrum of Thessaloniki. Close to everywhere you want to go around old centrum. Petfriedly (our dogs was welcome without problem). Very easy system how to get to apartmant and had everything you need for one night

Parking was difficult to find (is for free on the street what is big plus but really difficult - we wait 40minutes until someone leaved and we can park). Parking places for pay was 14-15euro for 24hours around buildings everywhere (so thats the choice to make there if you are not patient)

Great location, free parking

Excellent location at the very center, however very peaceful. If you are lucky you can even find free parking on the street. Fully equipped kitchen. The check-in and check-out process if flawless.

Only one socket in the whole room, no sockets or night tables next to the bed. No place to put your luggage. No The bathroom is on the smaller side and the sink is hardly usable. No coat rack, no towel rack, no luggage rack. This place is not bad but needs some details to be sorted.

Excellent location, close to the main pole of Thessaloniki's night life, yet quiet during the night too, free parking on the street, comfortable room, all amenities ok, easy check in and check out, all for a reasonable price - what more can you wish for?

Great value for money, with a little noise at night

New furniture, fully equipped kitchen, nice decor, proximity to a big paid parking. The owner left some butter, jam and bread for us, as well as two coffee pods. Communication was clear and fast, the apartment was accessed fairly easily.

Noisy neighbourhood, poor sound isolation. The pillows could be better :)

A good deal and a comfy place

The hosts were really caring. The bottles of water and the greek breakfast were well appreciated. The appartement is easy to find. I recommend you to park at the grand parking that is only 150 meters from the apartment if you are with car. You can easily walk to the center and find food and everything you need around the appartement. Just don't forget to take with you 5 euros in cash for the city's taxes.

Maybe just add an other roll of toilet paper and everything would have been perfect.

It was very close to the center. The owner was very nice. We had a small problem, and he solved it quickly.

The floor was very dirty, also the holder and the heating panel in the bathroom were dirty and with dust… they have to pay more attention with the cleaning..

La posizione: vicino al centro di Ladadika ma non rumoroso, il parcheggio sotto casa.

Posizione strategica per raggiungere il porto a piedi

La camera non è come vista nelle foto, trovandoci una stanza fatiscente. Il bagno era molto piccolo e alla doccia mancava un’anta e nella notte è caduto anche il doccino a causa del supporto fatiscente e non correttamente installato. Il parcheggio è inesistente e bisogna parcheggiare in strada, pregando di trovare un posto che sia adeguato per una macchina a noleggio (le vie sono molto strette)

Το κατάλυμα φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες πολύ καλύτερο απ ότι είναι. Η πρώτη εντύπωση όταν φτάνεις στο δρόμο με αμάξι «ωχ πως θα παρκάρω εδώ χωρίς να έχω άγχος ότι κάποιος άλλος θα με χτυπήσει με το αμάξι του», πολύ στενός δρόμος και στην περιοχή δύσκολο να βρεις πάρκινγκ. Η πολυκατοικία παλιά, δεν σου δίνει την εντύπωση ότι ο ανελκυστήρας είναι ασφαλής και περίεργη διαρρύθμιση (σαν εστία φοιτητών στο κομμάτι που μέναμε). Το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν καθαρό (χνούδια στα κλινοσκεπάσματα, τρίχες στο ντουζ) και γενικά πολλά πράγματα χαλασμένα όπως πχ η βάση της κεφαλής του ντουζ έπεφτε, οι άκρες των ντουλαπιών κατεστραμμένες απ υγρασία. Το πιγκαλ βρώμικο με χαρτιά κολλημένα πάνω. Μόνο ένα σαπούνι στο ντουζ για όλα και μόνο ένα χαρτί τουαλέτας. Δεν υπήρχε δυνατότητα για έξτρα μαξιλάρι ή έξτρα κουβέρτα αν χρειαζόσουν και ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν διαθέσιμος μόνο μέσω μηνύματος (δεν σήκωνε το τηλέφωνο και μου έλεγε να του στείλω μήνυμα), απαντούσε βέβαια σύντομα στο μήνυμα αλλά δεν σου έδινε την αίσθηση ότι υπήρχε ενδιαφέρον για τον καλεσμένο. Τα κλειδιά με την κάρτα για το ρεύμα ήταν σε ένα κρίκο ο οποίος ήταν συγκολλημένος, άρα αν ο ένας επισκέπτης ήθελε να μείνει μέσα να κοιμηθεί και ο άλλος να πάει βόλτα και να πάρει τα κλειδιά μαζί δεν γινόταν γιατί όποιος έμενε πίσω έμενε χωρίς ρεύμα.
