Nice short stay appartment

We stayed at SKG Dream Residence for one night. The instructions to get the key were simple and clear. The appartment we stayed at (No. 6) is (mostly) nice and clean. The wifi was free and worked well. The appartment is VERY close to the KTEL Makedonia busstation, very nice if you are planning on traveling further.

The appartment building is very old and dirty. Loose cables, dust and cobwebs everywhere. The elevator worked, but looked as if it could fall apart any minute. But this is, of course, not the fault of the owner of the appartment. The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable, so I would recommend staying here with 2 persons and not 3. Lastly, the showercurtain has to be replaced. It was very gross. This is still surprising to me, because the rest of the appartment was very clean!

The apartment is an excellent starting point for visiting Thessaloniki. The metro and the new train station are right in front of the building where the apartment is located. The apartment is lovely, comfortable and airy. An excellent nest for rest and relaxation after long walks through Thessaloniki.

The value for money what I paid wasn’t up to the standard as described on website.

The apartment was beautiful, secure, nice clean and tidy. Easy access to catch bus to go to the city centre. The host was nice gentleman.

13th June 2023 after 2.0 pm to 6.30pm there was no electricity at the apartment. Later it appears that 6th floor completely out of electricity. Then the day I arrived 9th June 2023 to until the day 15th June 2023, I have left the apartment the Internet Wi-Fi service was really so poor quality that It was impossible to do any work on my laptop from the apartment due to the internet connection up and down. Once I log into the internet it stays only few minutes then drop the internet service. Again wait few minutes log out and log in then the Wi-Fi service pops up. I have reported several times about it over the phone and text messages to Mr Stavros. But the Wi-Fi facility appears same poor quality. I was strongly disappointed about the internet service facility. The internet service provider were really poor quality.

Καθαριότητα κάτω του μετρίου, μηδενική ηχομόνωση είναι σα να κοιμάσαι στο διάδρομο της πολυκατοικίας. Τρεις μέρες δεν κοιμηθήκαμε καθόλου μουσικές από τα διπλανά διαμερίσματα μέχρι τα ξημερώματα, φασαρίες σε άλλο διαμέρισμα, από άλλο διαμέρισμα χτυπούσαν λαμαρίνες τα μεσάνυχτα, η πόρτα της εισόδου της πολυκατοικίας ακουγόταν όταν ανοίγω κλείνει παρότι μέναμε στον έκτο όροφο. Δεν υπήρχε ούτε ένα μπουκάλι με νερό. Είχαμε κάνει κράτηση για τρία άτομα και είχαν στρώσει για δύο και δεν υπήρχαν σεντόνια για να στρώσουμε. Ζεστό νερό δεν υπήρχε ζεστό νερό για μπάνιο ευτυχώς ο οικοδεσπότης απάντησε άμεσα και με καθοδήγησε πως να επιλύσω το πρόβλημα με τον καυστήρα αερίου.

Alles super schön, modern eingerichtet und sauber! Gastgerber war sehr hilfsbereit! Alles ziemlich easy mit der Schlüsselbox. Haben auch Parkplätze in Wohnungsnähe gefunden! Würden es definitiv erneut buchen!

Her taraf pislik içindeydi, temizlenmemişdi, girdiğimizde krozetteki kirli resmi sahibine gönderdiğimiz de sadece görüldü bıraktı, ne bir özür ne bir pişmanlık.... her yerde sinek ölüleri, gece daire içinde gezen zehirli örümcekler hepimizi ısırdılar. Çok basit bir ev.

2 gün Parası ödememize rağmen bir gün kalıp terk ettik. 1 gün boşuna ücret ödedim.

Να ξεκινήσω λέγοντας πως ο ιδιοκτήτης του καταλύματος ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός όπως πρέπει. Η τοποθεσία σε πολύ βολική περιοχή, απέναντι από τον σιδηροδρομικό σταθμό όπου έχει και σταθμό μετρό και πολύ κοντά στάση λεωφορείου προς το αεροδρόμιο, όπου με βόλεψαν πολύ. Μέσα το δωμάτιο ανακαινισμένο, βολικό και όμορφο.

Η πολυκατοικία δυστηχώς πολύ παλιά και βρώμικη και ο κόσμος όπου μένει μέσα περίεργος, αλλοδαποί κτλ αν και δεν έχει να κάνει με αυτό ο οικοδεσπότης απλά το αναφέρω. Διαβάζω στα σχόλια σχετικά με την καθαριότητα. Εμένα έτυχε να μην είναι καθαρό ιδιαίτερα το κατάλυμα.. Οι βρύσες στο νεροχύτη, στο μπάνιο κτλ στα άλατα και το πάτωμα ειδικά του μπάνιου και της ντουζιέρας βρώμικο. Το σαπούνι κάτω απ' την μέση. Επιπλέον θα μπορούσε το ψυγείο να έχει τουλάχιστον 1-2 μπουκαλάκια νερό όπως σε κάθε άλλο κατάλυμα που έχω πάει. Μεγάλο θέμα μου δημιούργησε η πίεση του νερού στο μπάνιο όπου έτρεχε ελάχιστο και γενικά το νερό δεν ήταν πάρα πολύ ζεστό και αργούσε να έρθει.
