Excellent value comfortable flat

I stayed here for one week and was very satisifed with the apartment. There is a good size combined kitchen/living room, a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a small but adequate bathroom with a washing machine. There were enough pans and crockery for me to cook, the kitchen worked fine, the bathroom had plenty of hot water. There was also a very nice big balcony with a table and chairs, where I could imagine drinking coffee when it is less cold than in January. The building is quite new and modern, and communal areas like stairs were all clean and tidy. Communications with the owner were good, I had no trouble getting the keys and he made the effort to make sure everything was OK. So, all very satisfactory, and I will be very happy to stay here again. I should also add that the price was very good, given the facilities provided.

Not a problem for me, but there are a couple of points you might like to take into account. One is that the area is quite run-down. There are quite a few derelict buildings and the overall impression is that it is a poor area. However, I didn't have any problem walking around and the location is excellent for the station and not far from the intercity bus station, seafront etc. There are lots of cats in the area, and people leave food out for them, which to my mind means the people in the area are OK. There is also a big sign on the door asking you to respect quiet hours, which makes me suspect that in the past guests here have been quite noisy and upset the other residents. Once again, I didn't have any personal problems. In fact I met 2 of the people living on the 5th floor (where the flat is) and they were both polite and friendly. So I think if you are nice and respect others then they will respect you too :)

Convenient and pleasant - ideal stay for a couple of days

Location is superb (5 minutes by walking from the train and flixbus station). The apartment is spacious (good enough for 3 people), has pleasant balcony to relax and well-equiped - suits also a longer stay. Communication with the host is straight forward and professional.

Cleanliness is very good in general. Just inside the bathroom it's a bit dark, the shower could be renewed and more accessories provided.

Clean and cozy apartment. All necessary items were present. Good view of the montains. 20-25 min walk to the main attractions.

Easy Thessaloniki

The apartment is located near the train station and it's a wonderful place to park your car if travelling with one, comparing to the absolute confusion and luck in the city center. The apartment area is not that great for a family but we managed to do it. The sofa-bed for the kids worked perfectly. Meet the owner who was nice, simple and direct with all the instructions needed. Unfortunately we didn't use the wonderful balcony.

Difficult to get an empty space to put our luggage somewhere. Missing some electric sockets to help get arranged or charge our electronic devices. Ants were trying to invade regularly the living room.

This was the cheapest option and turned out very good deal!

I wanted an apartment on top floor, with all amenities, a balcony and view on the city. I got it! Some reviewers commented on the area being "dangerous". Well it is not! Yes it is not a city center and not a southern part of the city, but it is 20 min of nice walk. I haven't witnessed any moments that might be threatening. Area is undergoing a transition. Lots of new businesses from asia and middle east are opening up.

Apartments require some sprucing up. Other than that, all was good.

Everything was fine. Good communication with Vasilis. Easy free parkig in front of building. Apartment is near One salonica shopping center and 20 minutes from city center if you want to walk.

Would be nice to install mosquito nets on door. Even though the apartment is on the 5th floor, this time there were a lot of mosquitoes.

The host is very pleasant and You can arrange with him very easily. The apartment is new and quiet. There is a free parking in front of the building. It is good value for the money.

The bathroom was very dirty. Also the terrace. The location is not that good if you go with the family. The street is dark and all sight seeings are half an hour by feet. But if You like shopping there is a big mall 5 minutes from the apartment.

No reception, complex method to operate heating/cooling system in the room. We have a booking for 4 people but one of us was not able to travel so the stay was comfortable, would not recommend it for 4 people.

Banyodaki şampuan marketlerde ki en ucuz olanlardan markası bile okunmuyor. Fiyat ortalaması üzerinde çok mutsuz olduğum bir seyahat konaklaması oldu.

In primul rand, zona nu este periculoasa! Seara se plimba pe strada persoane linistiti cu copii, caini! In fata blocului mereu gaseam loc de parcare gratuit! Gazda m-a primit inainte de ora de check-in! Apartamentul este ok, curat, suficient pentru 4 adulti, este situat la etajul 5, avand lift, vecinii nu fac galagie! Mall ul este la 5 minute de mers pe jos, iar Aristotel Square in maxim 10 minute de mers cu masina!
