Very clean and fresh. Very quiet in the night also. There is a night lamp in room 3, which is excellent.

The bed in room 3 needs an additional top mattress. Now the springs are felt with the ribs.

Virtually everything is clean and fresh. No fingerprints, steps on the floor tiles, etc.

I needed a simple kettle to make a tea in the morning. The one provided was too small for the stove, and looks older than the building itself. Also some cheap consumables like sugar and shampoo would be welcome. Some parts of the bathroom should receive a deeper cleaning. 2 times a year would be sufficient.

very small even double bed was 140cm, tinny bathroom,charged us 10 euros per room for early check in, 12 noon instead of 3pm. charged us 210 euros over for 2 kids 4 years old. very veey weak wifi.stayed 9 nigths with no room cleaning at all . no change of towels at all.no soap no shampoo,no trash bags, no tarsh collection , have to take trash to trash place in the main street. no late check out.no place at the property to store luggage,,banging with workers working in the back yard with lot of noise everyday after 5pm fixing or repairing something..

Perfect stay in Salonic

All! It is perfect for short or long stays. Clean apartment, quiet neighborhood, free parking in the area. We will come back if we travel to Thessaloniki again and we definitely recommend this accommodation! I found no problem with the fact that the lady we met to give us the keys didn't speak English, the solution is Google translate. I don't understand why people have a problem with things like this for which there are solutions. Reviews should be made for cleanliness, location, comfort and other things that made the stay unpleasant, things that really need to be improved and for which no solution has been found at the moment. Ifos Apartments is a good choice considering the price/quality ratio. Good value for money! Thank you very much for the services provided!

Recommended from my point of view, but it was not something extremely disturbing: mosquito net is needed on the windows (if the windows are left open to ventilate the room, the mosquitos can enter) and curtains to block light and view from the outside.

I don’t recommend it.

Nothing.

The shower’s shower head was broken. The stove was not working properly. The televisions remote controller was not working. The bed was uncomfortable because of the mattress and the pillows. The water were changing between hot and cold water when showering. There was no coffee maker. Parking was hard to get a free space. The staff was rude: we told them the arriving time (we did not calculate the timezone changing), and the apartment’s staff “left” (check in is between 13:00-23:00 and we arrived around 18:30) they almost cancelled our reservation because of getting a little bit late, and the owner couldn’t wait for us.

Lovely apartment, very comfy and clean .

It’s very modern, the bed is comfy. The bathroom is very clean and it has a good shower. It felt very secure. the mini kitchen was very handy.

The only issue was the hob didn’t work and you can see inside the windows(through the curtains ) when it’s dark with the lights on.

Room: Very newly built and clean. Location: About 1km from local bus station. Bus 01K to/from airport stops about 300mts from the apartment. Staff: Helpful & organised key pick. Bed linens, towels, kitchen utensils, provided.

Before reading below, note that the landlord/lady has this apartment newly built and we were among the 1st customers (stayed 24-27 Mar 2023). So, there are some most-common/unexpected issues which landlords face with new constructions/facilities. I have mentioned them below. They are not really negative reviews. (The landlady was happy to receive my comments as a constructive feedback). But if these comments come back from other customers after a few months, this can start meaning negative. 1. Will need some holders in the bathroom in general near mirror and bath area to keep soaps/shampoo/toileteries. 2. The bed is only the spring bed. It might need the top mattress. Otherwise it's hard and feels springy and uncomfortable to sleep. 3. Big pot in the kitchen is not so thick quality. We cooked for 20mins on medium flame & the bottom became curved. 4. Close to the mirror, we will need some holders to keep creams/combs/maybe make-up kits/etc. Not practical to not have one. 5. Need more hangers in the wardrobe to hang clothes. 6. If possible, tourist information could be given in the form of a pamphlet or so (if they think tourists are most of their customers). 7. Clothes drying stand outside will be helpful if customers stays for 3-4days and need to wash a few clothes. 8. Water is not good flowing from the sink-tap in the bathroom. 9. The agent who gives you keys and deals in-person is not so fluent in English but is a very good person. English/Greek worked well with Google translate with him, so not a big issue. 10. The street name was not in English as seen on Booking.com website. Recommend you to look before on Google translate/street view to see how the script looks like. 11. Ifos Apartment is not yet visible on Google maps (as of 27/Mar/2023). G.maps redirected me to somewhere outskirts in Thessaloniki. But I was in contact with the landlady, so didn't get lost! So be careful about it.

Apartman je bio čist, apartman je imao sve neophodne stvari. Komunikacija sa vlasnicom je bila dobra

Problem je parking, kog nema u sklopu apartmana, a jedva i u okolnim ulicama. Internet je slabijeg kvaliteta. Topla voda nije imala po dolaksu u apartman, ali u kontaktu sa vlasnicom rešen je problem.

Τον καναπέ έπρεπε να το στρώσω μόνη μου (ευτυχώς είχε έξτρα σεντονια), το διπλό κρεβάτι ήταν στενό κ ένιωθες τα ελατήρια, το καζανάκι κάθε τόσο έκανε έναν θόρυβο κ με ξυπνούσε, δεν είχε βασικά πράγματα όπως βραστήρα, τοστιέρα, καφετιέρα.
