great, cosy apartment!

The room has everything you need, including a washing machine(plus dryer) which is great. It also has a big balcony which is not found very often in air bnbs in Thessaloniki. There is a shopping mall 5 minutes away from the apartment, which has a big supermarket in the last floor. That is very convenient.

The neighborhood near the apartment is pretty dangerous at night, so its not the best for families with kids. At least after its dark. It's best to take the bus 12 in front of One salonica if you want to go to the center of the town and not walk around the neighborhood.

Ok, but I would not return

I liked the mini kitchen equipped and the fact that the TV had netflix. The view from the balcony was good. It's closed to a big mall and 2 different bus stops.

NOK the fact that the A/C was placed on the balcony, near the bedroom window and it was noisy so we barely slept. Another minus point goes for the towels and bed coverage that were worn off and smelled funny, even though were washed.

Ubicación estratégica, se puede ir a pie a la estación central de trenes. Conectada con el centro y los terminales periféricos de autobuses por medio de la Línea 12. A 200 m se encuentra un Centro Comercial, con negocios de todo tipo, incluyendo mercado y feria de comidas. Lo recomiendo 100% para las personas que disponen de al menos 5 días para visitar la región.

Es war in Ordnung für eine Nacht

Alles was vor Ort war, war auch funktional. Der Gastgeber war nett.

Der Küchenbereich sollte einmal überholt werden, was die Sauberkeit betrifft. Das Bett war enorm am quietschen, man hat in der Nacht keine Ruhe gefunden, weil die Fenster auch nicht richtig dicht waren und die Schallasien nicht funktionieren. Um die Ecke herrschte in der Nacht viel Prostitution, alleine nicht zu empfehlen.

Много приятен апартамент, чисто и подредено. Удобно легло и възглавници, както и много тихо и спокойно. Лесно настаняване с любезна домакиня. Наблизо има пекарна и МОЛ откъдето можеш да се снабдиш с хубава закуска и кафе. Много хубава тераса, на която да си изпиеш кафето.

Банята е твърде малка и вземането на душ е предизвикателство. Районът през нощта е малко стресиращ, ако трябва да се прибереш пеша през малките часове от денонощието.

Bien, pero ubicación mejorable

Es un piso alto y con terraza, yo no la pude disfrutar por el tiempo y por los planes de viaje. Agua caliente y calefacción funcionan muy bien. Tiene bastante menaje. No tienes problemas de aparcamiento, aunque es en la calle.

La ubicación, está lejos del centro, yo suelo andar a todos sitios y aquí preferí coger transporte, aunque tiene cerca transporte y taxis. Hay bastantes ruidos en el edificio y en la calle. Es una zona sensible aunque haya un centro comercial en frente. Es un barrio marginal, pero están construyendo. La ducha es pequeña y se sale el agua, pero funcional. Eché de menos una sábana de arriba, ya que directamente te tapas con la colcha. La entrada al edificio está un poco escondida, pero me contestó rápido para ayudar a encontrarlo.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν στον 6ο όροφο με όμορφη θέα, φουλ εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα (διαθέτει ακόμα και πλυντήριο ρούχων), πεντακάθαρο σε ήσυχη περιοχή μόλις 2 χλμ περπάτημα από την αρχή της παραλιακής στο λιμάνι, με άπλετο χώρο πάρκινγκ απ' έξω και ο ιδιοκτήτης πάντα διαθέσιμος και ευγενέστατος!

Για τα γούστα μας το στρώμα δεν ήταν και τόσο άνετο αλλά για 2 νύχτες που μείναμε ήταν οκ.

İnanılmaz konforsuz bir yatak mevcut, evin tüm eşyaları dayanılmaz şekilde sigara kokuyor. Çocuklu konaklama için asla uygun değil. Şehir merkezinden çok uzakta toplu taşıma vs var mı emin değilim. Dahası lokasyon çok güvensiz polisler ile birlikte girdik sokağa, sabaha kadar etraftan kavga sesleri geldi. Konaklanması sakıncalı.
