There is a decent-sized apartment

The sound isolation from the street. You can't sleep at night. It's like you are sleeping beside the highway, and every sound from a car or motorcycle you can hear

Prostitution in front of door and scary area

We didn't go inside so we cannot comment on the appartment

We arrived at 0.30am in the night. The area was scary. Houses were abandoned, it was dirty, broken cars stood in front of the doors, and prostitutes were walking along the street. There should have been a clear warning about that.

1. The location was the worst in Thessaloniki, you could understand that just by walking by the street. 2. The whole building had a terrible smell once you entered it 3. I have asked an invoice and the owner not only did not give me one, which is the legal way of proving the money he got from me, but also he talked to me in very rude way

nice stay

This was just a 1 night stay, but it was very easy and convenient to check-in and get access to the location. The instructions were very easy and clear, no issues. The apartment looks very nice, it was very clean and we had no issues with it. It is very close to the port too, 5-10 min (one of the main reasons we chose it, as we needed to get on a ferry early in the morning). It is also walking distance to a shopping center where we could get something to eat, very easily and conveniently (if you arrive later in the afternoon/ evening).

In honesty, the area around the apartment is not the best. But we have seen worse :)) We didn't feel unsafe, but from our experience of walking out as a family (parents + child), even the more shady individuals (in other places) don't bother us at all. I don't know how it would be / feel for solo travelers. Alternative would be to take public transport or taxi to center if you stay for a longer period. Plus we haven't seen the area in the daytime, so we have a limited view. For the apartment, the only thing is the actual space, as it is a smaller apartment. If you need to pull out the sofa in the living room, it will take out a lot of this space, so it will be limited and you would need to fold it up during the day if you stay in the apartment. But if you just use the bedroom, then it's a cozy space for 2 people (and maybe a small child if you all sleep together)

For us was perfect, because it is clean, new furniture and close to the place where we had some event. We stayed only one night and we used apartment just to sleep there and take a shower. We had really good communication with owner. But in general, that is industrial area, very dirty and is not proper place to stay if you do not have good reason to be there.

A great place for short or longer stay. Super clean, nice and practical. Located on a quiet street so we could have a good night sleep. The host was very friendly and ready to assisst at any time. I'd love to be back and stay there again.

The apartment was VERY clean, organized and exceeded our expectations. The owner was very nice.

The owner of the property wrote down everything (just before our arrival, the previous day) very clearly and easily understandably how we can get the keys. They also gave us very handy tips on how to park in the city or where to store our car throughout the night. There's a big mall in 2 corner distance, which is also comes very handy when you want to get groceries or souvenirs.

Our neighbours in the apartment next door were very loud. And the kitchen could have had bigger knives for cutting up big vegetables or raw meat.

Best short stay ever!

Nice new apartment, everything neat and clean. Landlady was so pleasant and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the other amenities really exceeded my expectations. The location is near a mall, but also near the exit of the city. Parking was available out front.

The location is said to be a bit shady, but I have not had such an experience. One could hear a water sound from the toilet.

TOTALLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I LOVED absolutely everything. It was super clean, super nice, super comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a washing machine. Host was responsive, parking right in front or at the nearby shopping center. This is probably the best accommodation I've ever stayed in!!! I can only recommend it!!!

The only one tiny suggestion I can make is to add a dish rack and dish towel to better dry the dishes. I had to use a normal towel instead.

If you want to see Thessaloniki, find somewhere more central.

The apartment is very modern and chic. The sofa bed is very comfy and the smart TV with every streaming app that you could think of was a huge bonus. The parking was good and the facilities were mostly all there. It’s a very short walk away from a huge shopping mall with a cinema, boutiques and various restaurants.

The location is not great. It’s in an obscure part of the city, miles away from the centre and the area is very unsafe and dirty with trash everywhere and little to no public transport.

The accommodation is very close to the center. It is so neat and clean that we have almost never stayed in such an accommodation, even which were categorized as 5*. A beautiful apartment and the owners are so hospitable and kind. One Salonica Outlet Mall is 150m from the accommodation, across the street from the mall The coffee shop is open at 7:00 a.m. where you can take coffee and take away as well as breakfast. As for the parking lot, it is public in front of the building, but there is always a place no matter what time of the day or night you come. There is Wi-Fi in the room. All the best and we will come back again. when we are in Thessaloniki
