Nice Saturday market in street below (don’t forget to move your car the night before to avoid being towed!)

We found the apartment in a poor state of cleanliness especially the kitchen. Cutlery and crockery was not clean and even the pots had remains from the previous occupants. In addition the sandwich toaster has left unwashed! (Oily cheese…) The bedding was sub-standard such poor fitting and mismatched sheets and pillows. The bed in the second bedroom was very uncomfortable due to mismatched mattresses. The WiFi access was limited to one device at a time! The apartment was cluttered with owner’s ornaments including many dolls and expired alcohol bottles. Overall the apartment was sub-standard for guests.

Hello, Cockroach 🪳 from Day 1.

The host was very quick to respond.

This accommodation actually rates around 6/10. However, due to its surprisingly outdated facilities and molds everywhere, I had to give this 1/10. We have encountered a cockroach since day one, and you can imagine why it's there by just opening the cabinet. The most unpleasant rotten beneath-the-kitchen-sink ever. The accommodation is very spacious as it is boasting in its name, but it is very inefficient. Despite its size, it has only one TINY DIRTY bathroom, and I don't understand why it has to have 2 living rooms when it can be merged for more space. It has a bar which is unusable due to its small size. They say it is cleaned by 3 people, but I think the problem is not the process of cleaning, but the building itself. It DESPERATELY NEEDS a renovation, and after it is thoroughly and carefully done, it will be rated 10/10.

Extremely easy, host sent me instructions the day before arrival, and even notified Mr of an upcoming market on Saturday so that we could move the car with plenty of time :)

Only bad thing (which isn't a big deal) was that the small room has way too many soft toys and dolls. We had to pile the toys on top of a chair to have some space on top of the chest drawer

The location, balcony

Bed was very soft, difficult to sleep. Furniture was full of old stuff - unacceptable for me. It looked like the owners left a moment ago - VHS tapes, CD - quite messy. Bathroom ceiling too low for 1.9m tall person. Electricity and wifi - very bad, wifi connection was terrible, I used the mobile data instead.

it was an impressive experience - to live in such truly spacious apartment - a lot of space, furniture, two-sided balcony and free parking just outside! the location is also good - although it is not quite in the center, but nearby - easy to drive on the main road and also 2 km walk from port and sea promenade! Many private things are still in the flat, but it was not a problem at all! Amazing farmers market every Saturday just outside! Overall - far beyond any possible expectations - we were truly impressed! Highly recommended!!

Kitchen misses microwave big knifes and tea spoons, but it was not a problem! A lack of sockets.

Mobilier vechi, deteriorat, baia este foarte mica si este ingrozitoare: mobilierul ruginit, vechi, rupt, lenjerii murdare. Doamne ajuta ca am avut prosoapele noastre: ne-au dat prosoapele ramase de la copiii lor cu Fulger McQueen!! Nu am avut apa calda DELOC! Este ofertant pt ca are pretul mic, insa pt ce conditii oferă apartamentul este extraordinar de scump. Nu recomand!

Die Wohnung war okay

Die Wohnung ist groß, mit drei Schlafplätzen. Die Öffentliche Verkehrsmitteln waren in der Nähe. Die Umgebung war ruhig und in der Nähe gab es verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ruhig und Sauber.

Die Matratzen sind hart, gemütliches schlafen war nicht möglich. Das Bad ist sehr sehr sehr klein. Die Dusche war noch kleiner und die Badtür war defekt. Die Badtür ging kaum ordentlich zu. Außerdem roch es am Eingang unten so schlecht, als wäre ein Hund dort gestorben und als ich mich beschwert meinte der Besitzer, es gäbe ein Metzger neben dem Haus und man konnte nix dagegen tun. Bei dieser Hitze (40 Grad Celsius ) der Geruch gar nicht erträglich. Die Textilien und die Badetücher waren sehr alt. Die Haushaltsgeräten sind so alt, meine Oma hat besser verwendet. Der Herd war defekt und lag schief.
