Good for short stay only

Nice for short stay I would say.

- Communication with owner is difficult. Not responding and sending checkin details too late, while waiting in front of door long time. But when it comes to checkout, the cleaners bang on your door and want you to leave the apartment really fast. I don’t know why they don’t allow you to checkin earlier in the day, it makes no sense. - Parking is difficult on the street, no empty spots. - Maybe renovation in the bathroom, stuff is old and not well cleaned.

Overpriced for what it is, okay for one night stay

Aircon didn't work, after asking for help we were ignored. Room is fine for one night stay, with basic facilities. Service is not existing, we were asked to leave the room at 10:30 although check out is at 11. At exact 11 we were asked to leave again with banging on doors. Not a nice experience, there is better accommodation for the same price

You get exactly what you see. Good price/quality. You can park for free on the street in front of the property. It's possible to check in outside of regular hours without an extra fee.

Host was very unpleasant, when I asked to explain me how to find a building, because Google maps did not show me correct directions, host didn’t put a effort to help me, in the middle of the night he told me to not call him until I find the place and that he could not help me. After that he dropped the phone.

The studio could have been equipped a bit better (a mop was missing- the toilette was getting very wet after the shower). The stove didn't work.

Near center and very close to famous Ladadika quart, with many restaurants and bars. The host was a very friendly.

Exceptional

Host is a very pleasant man, who speaks English. We requested one night for three adults and a kid and he offered a bigger flat for the same price, which was fully renovated. Parking nearby. 30 min on foot to the White Tower through the centre. For me this is great location. Quick communication with the host. Will contact him again, if needed.
